It’s an old hotel. The elevator is slow and jerky, and the carpets are very old. But the bedsheets and towels are clean, even though the rooms are not bright enough. Overall, the Malaysian food is quite good.

The hotel is just fine and big especially the twin bed. And all the blanket and pillow its new. The breakfast is halal and malaysian food prepared.

The place is clean and quiet. They changed the linens and clean the room for you everyday if you'll stay for at least 2 nights. Convenient place to stay. Breakfast is fine. It's worth it and budget friendly.

The room is nice and big, the carpet is very dirty and should be removed, and the shower and toilet urgently need to be renovated...the bed is large and comfortable.

My stay at Berjaya Hotel was very good overall. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, though it could use a few more local options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

This hotel is a bit old , lights in the room are also dim , but the smell of the carpet is the one that really disappoint me. Carpet is also looks dirty. Its my first time here and wont come back again🥲
