Overall, i still satisfied with this hotel since the location is very strategy, they are many Restaurants, bistro bar and pub nearby within 10mins walking radius.
Just the cleanliness of the room need to be improved, i was staying at king room studio, but the carpet very dirty, the rest are acceptable.

Nice rooms - friendly staff - good location for Burgos street - restaurant good - air conditioning in lift and gym and hallways not working very hot . Otherwise good value hotel clean and tidy

Room size is good, cleanliness is poor and smelly, carpet is bad too old and really awful smell.lift and hallways is too hot.

Value for money. Stayed here for 1 month. Housekeeping is very attentive. Special mention to the tall guy and the girl in hijab from housekeeping. Sorry to miss your names, but you did well. The guards are also nice and always greets you. The toiletries and water are replenished daily. The sheets are clean and fresh.
