The team here is wonderful and the rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by a pungent smell of dried fish in the hallways and my room this morning. It seems like cooking odors are traveling through the vents. I’d love to stay again, but the air quality in the morning was a bit much. I really want to give this hotel a top rating because the cleanliness is impeccable and the service is truly great. However, I encountered a significant issue this morning: a very strong smell of dried fish inside my room and throughout the hallway. It lingered for quite a while and smelled like someone was cooking nearby. If the ventilation or cooking policies were improved, this stay would have been perfect

In terms of the price, it is one of the affordable hotels you can find considering its loction in Makati. Although it does have the con of it being in a traffic heavy area so you better be either very early or have to be very late because of the traffic. The room we booked is relatively clean and even though we were on the third floor it still had a nice cityscape view during night time.

The location is very much central easy access to Makati and all the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and come with a good space. Definitely a good choice for the price you pay. I will come back.

Amazing Hotel inside out. Medium size hotel. Extremely central in Makati. Room is spacious and very clean. Not very modern though but everything was perfectly functional. Very cheap for its offering. Paid $20 a night for a room of two.
