The location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

The staff were nice. They even let us park our car until 7pm after we checked out at 12pm. Very accomodating hotel. Clean and excellent service.

It was a great experience. The doormen were very kind, helping with luggage and providing excellent service and directions. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get to use the rooftop pool this time.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Makati. Early check-in was possible, but it came with an extra charge. There's no drinking water in the room, but a water dispenser is available in the hallway. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride to the airport.
