The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.

I feel like they do not change the sheets. It has alot of stains and the white color is no longer white. There are also small cockroaches in the toilet. They also charge extra if you need extra toilet paper

The room was spacious but I didn’t get enough sleep because of the window towards the hallways. It was too bright. A guest was aggressively trying to open my door while I was asleep so I was left thinking about my life lol please have proper communication with the other guests next time
