St Giles Hotel Makati

The air conditioning cannot be adjusted below 24°C, which made the room uncomfortable at night. The towels were old and dusty, and there were stains on the sheets. Even after asking the staff to change them, they were not replaced. Please check the pictures. We also had the unpleasant surprise of finding a cockroach on the desk near the bed (see pictures). On the positive side, the room on the 21st floor was very quiet, with no street noise. The fridge worked silently, and the shower head had excellent water pressure. Overall, there are some good points, but the cleanliness and maintenance definitely need improvement. Pa the breakfast is average in my opinion compared to grand city garden hotel which is a reference in diversity and quality

This is my 2nd visit here in the same hotel the breakfast is really good and the facilities are decent on the price point

Room are okay, though some spots looks need some repair. Especially the Room door and some wall from lobby.. looks dirty maybe some repainting or properly scrubbing to make it look more clean and presentable in and out of the rooms.  Some molds in the toilet also needs to scrub,  Nonetheless , it’s still very nice to stay in. ☺️

Good location with 711 and shopping mall around, and food options. Room service every 2 days but acceptable provided the price. Cost effective.

The reception ist so called duty manager Jerome was so rude and almost had an altercation whilst checking in ✅ until another staff had to intervene
