Location was accessible, the room was clean but I think they forgot to put some amenities in the room like toothbrush. In the morning, the elevator stops at every floor even though there's nobody there. I heard maybe the room cleaners pressed it.

I had a wonderful short stay at St. Giles Boulevard Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing break. The location is excellent—convenient, safe, and surrounded by great food and shopping options. The staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. A perfect spot for a quick, comfortable stay in KL. Highly recommended!

We love our stay here. We got the corner room which had a great city view. The room was clean and the towels are fresh and smells nice. There’s a complimentary coffee and tea while you can get the water outside where the water dispenser is. The breakfast buffet have varieties so you still options. It is very close to literally everywhere. The only downside is that the elevator is too slow.

It’s the main st horrible experience I ever had in 40 years of travel, Avoid St Giles Hotel at all cost, I was held by the Manager of St Giles at the Checkout for over 20 minutes over $2 charges he claimed so I missed my flight, he provided me with unsigned $2 bill I never used, avoid this Hotel at all costs, Elevators very unsafe makes load noises and won’t even carry 5 people were I it’s supposed to hold 11, don’t become a hostage or scammed, I could be $300 extra bill you never used.
