+ excellent breakfast. Very hearty. I left a lot each time! Super nice reception line who even found me transport to tangkoko and speaks very good English. A+ dive shop staff. Clean pool and perfect temperature to warm up when returning from dives. Clean and well-equipped rooms. - Cruelly deficient diving equipment, in need of replacement or serious maintenance! Octopus hoses cracked and dry. Overflow to the surface with a regulator... change of equipment... then o-ring dries... return to the boat again to change it... If this dive shop had been next to others I would not have dived there for the sake of security! If it was a question of evaluating the diving center I would have given 2 * for the friendliness of the staff and removed the other 3 because of the equipment. In addition we charge double the price of other dive shops in Lembeh for rental! King beds are actually 2 single beds pushed together so uncomfortable and hard crack in the middle of the bed.

The Aryaduta Manado hotel, once a beacon of hospitality, seems to have dimmed over the years. The potential of this establishment is undeniable, but it's evident that its best days are in the rearview mirror. A noticeable lack of meticulous care on the premises is a disappointment. The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

This hotel have beautiful beach. White sand, coconut trees and clean beach is perfect combination. No animal on the beach. You can see island from the beach. You can enjoy sunset from here. Take photos in here can satisfied. The children can playing sand or swing.

We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

I stay in this hotel for a week, I absolutely amaze with the services they provide to me from the security that help us with our luggage’s, front desk who help us checking in, Rio who show us our room and all the staff who help us on our stay. On our second day of our stay in the hotel my sister lost her car key, she throw the keys together with the rubbish from the car in front of the hotel the night before and just remembered about it the next morning. So many staff help us looking after the key even it’s not their fault. Thanks to Eddy from housekeeping, Rio from front desk who keeps looking for the key. The food is very nice, the “pisang goroho and rica roa” is must do order, I also like one of their mocktail with lychee. They have so many choices for breakfast as well, I always looking forward to have my breakfast in the mornings. The room is also spacious plus they have balcony. Their cleaning service also amazing, staff who clean my room also doing a good job. The waitress from the restaurant also really helpful and really humble, staff name “chika, fero” who always smile and helpful. Ido who is also very helpful. Thank you all for your help and services, I will definitely coming back.

Rooms were great, breakfast is awesome. The hotel is so convenient as it's linked to the mall where we can find a lot of food. Definitely will come back to this hotel if I go to Manado again!

Everything is good for us. After 3 times move from one hotel to another hotel, finally we found a nice hotel with a good price. The only thing bothered us was the sound that we could hear from other room. And the the housekeeping forgot to change into the clean mug and glasses in the room. But the breakfast were nice. Thy provide many varian of food. And the view from our room was also beautiful. We could see the sea and the mountain

We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.
