Бронировала через букинг. На ресепшен администратора пришлось ждать минут 15, она куда-то ушла. Женщина что-то невнятное сказала, типа «мы с букингом уже не работаем». Но тем не менее бронирование было и нас заселили. Номера неплохие, просторные. Был, халат, тапочки, щётка, шампунь. Завтрак входил в стоимость. Завтрак средний: каша, блины, оладьи, сыр, колбаса, яйца, омлет. Рядом идёт стройка. У нас из окна было видно лестничный пролёт. Было неожиданно и не комфортно, когда, стоя у окна я укладывала волосы, а по лестнице шли рабочие и пялились.

Остановились на одну ночь. Были проездом через Махачкалу. Хотели сходить в душ, подзарядить телефоны, спокойно поспать, позавтракать. В номере сразу не было идеально чисто, но придираться не хотелось. Сняли плед с кровати и "красота". По всей кровати валяются чьи-то волосы, кровать мятая (подушку на фото сами сдвинули в сторону). Из чего у нас и сложилось впечатление нестиранного постельного. Позвонили на рецепшен, девушка-администратор очень нехотя согласилась принести другое белье, много отнекивалась и говорила, что помещение с бельём закрыто. В итоге она его принесла, НО оно опять было с чьим-то волосами и все в пятнах. То ли стиралку не справляется, то ли нет времени постирать и они его так глядят. Ночью отключили электричество. В итоге ни поспать, ни в душ спокойно сходить, ни зарядить устройства не вышло! Очень неприятное сложилось впечатление. За такие деньги не ждёшь чего-то шикарного, но элементарно соблюдать чистоту есть в возможностях каждого отэля. Однозначно здесь не остановимся в следующий раз!

Отличный отель! Жили в люксе с двумя детьми (15 лет и 1,5 года) Поразило освещение и количество зеркал, обычно в гостиницах какой-то полумрак. В кафе при отеле очень (!) вкусно готовят. Есть спортзал, все тренажеры рабочие - проверено ✅ собственный гараж

При покупке тура был забронирован 2 х местный стандарт,при заселении в который оказалось что холодильника в нем нет,хотя на сайте он обозначен,оказывается это подразумевался холодильник общий на этаже!!!!Фена тоже нет,хотя на сайте заявлен,в ванной нет пробки что бы ее принять,нет ни одной полочки ни хотя бы стакана что бы элементарно положить зубную счету и пасту.Что бы обновили в комнате шампуни и туалетную бумагу надо оказывается об этом просить и конечно местоположение-выйти вечером пройтись совершенно некуда.Кухня тоже так себе!
