One of affordable 5-stars hotel that provides excellent service and accommodated guests requirements

Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚

I came Umrah with my husband, we stayed 5 nights in M hotel. I had enjoyed for hotel services and foods. I booked with halfboard meals fees.  I am very wonderful with hotel's buffets iftar and suhor foods. Inshaallah if we come again to Umrah, i will stay in Hotel M Makkah Millennium. Location is little far but we can go taxi or shuttle bus from hotel. Thanks so much for restaurant teams and chef Mustafa, because we are happy for foods

Very convenient hotel with all facilities and bus service Haaram

The room was 10/10 with a beautiful view of clock tower.

It is nice place little far away from Haram 30 min walk. Bus service to Haram good but way back challenge. Used only one time then used Taxi. Breakfast is good too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help.

Although the hotel is good but I didn’t like the service especially The bus service they choose and pick people who can go to the Haram. Might is right . Not recommended when it come to shuttle service practically the walking distance is almost an hour to haram :(

Hotel rooms are good but bed mattresses are not up to the mark like 5star hotels. Other wise its overall good.

You have to take two different buses before reaching haram and there is poor communication from the hotel. I almost got lost because when the first bus stopped I thought I was supposed to walk to haram from there.
