Terrible experience, i booked 2 super deluxe rooms but they standard rooms. After much argument they shifted us to super deluxe. Breakfast was not served even when it is included in our tarriff. Room service was worst. Toilet seats were stinking and were not cleaned at all. Comforter given were torn. Nobody from room service came to shift the lagguage despite of multiple request.

It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful room. Bathroom has bathtub for premium experience. Polite and helpful staff. Had a meaningful stay.

I had booked a Deluxe room but was provided a standard room with broken AC, dirty toilet and missing electric kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. This all things were mentioned and booking, but were not present in the room. The room no. provided to me was 402. The AC in the room 402 had broken buttons (we could have gotten electric shock if we used them) and missing remote due to which we were not able to change temperature, due to this the room temperature became too cold in night and we had a sleepless night. I had complained about this and asked for room change from hotel staff but neither the AC was fixed nor the room was changed. Booking hotels and getting good rooms has became nightmare these days. Plz take appropriate action.

Overall its an average hotel, if i am talking about service that also average, structure wise its good and have separate parking area.

I stayed here for 12 hrs. Hotel is good except few things like wifi range was not in coverage of my room i asked to hotel staff but they didn't resolve so i couldn't finish my office work. They took at-least 45 minutes to prepare the room for chekin even after informing them a day ago as it was a late chekin. Overall i will give 4 star out of 5 to hotel cz except these two issues their service, behaviour etc was great.
