Although there was a small hiccup when we arrived, we were still able to check into our room smoothly. The staff even checked the air conditioning beforehand and told us to message them if we needed anything. My first impression of the room was how clean and comfortable it felt. When the hairdryer broke, I messaged them immediately, and they replied quickly and replaced it for us. The location is also great, within walking distance to many places and plenty of food options nearby, so you won't go hungry.

it was pleasant stay with a beautiful view, customer service also very helpful solving about aircond issue that keep turn off and recommend some place to get food. sure will book again whenever i come to melaka ☺️👍🏻

The four night I was in Melaka means I had stayed in a different hotel for 3 nights, and I was very happy the fourth night I stayed at Amanjiwa 99 Residences it was really comfortable, the hotel was spacious the place was lively, clean, the swimming pool was clean, the one who kept the swimming pool was friendly I forgot to ask their names that I wanted to say to the Malay untie also the Indian men they were kind and friendly in conclusion I feel satisfied staying here now I put it on the list recommend to friends and relatives thank you Amanjiwa And there is another good news which is that there is a Mart as well as a restaurant👍

This is the most satisfying stay I've ever had! The location is great, the room is spacious, and the view is absolutely breathtaking! I'll definitely book here again next time. The bathtub was definitely the highlight. I booked it when the price was quite good, so I felt the value for money was excellent. The only minor issues were that the email box was a bit hard to find, and the TV in the room was old, not high-definition, and the volume kept fluctuating.

Do not book this place under any circumstances. Just look at the photos and you’ll understand everything. First of all, this is not a hotel. It’s a service managed by multiple owners with extremely poor oversight and management. Even before arrival, they bombard you with messages asking you to pay an extra 8 RM, otherwise you won’t receive the “magic” access code to enter the apartment. The apartment itself is in a truly terrible condition. It smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. The bathroom is unacceptable, with a single low-quality product supposedly used as soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The dental kit and toilet paper are of very poor quality. Soundproofing is awful — you can hear all the noise and music from the neighbors. The bedsheets are dirty, cleaning is barely done, and I’ll let you see the photos for yourself. It’s honestly very disappointing.
