Stayed 3D2N and booked 2 rooms. Really happy with our stay! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and check in was smooth. Parking is available right in front (around 10 lots), which is very convenient. Location is good too about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street. Room was clean and comfortable, and definitely worth the price. Quiet at night as well. Would come back again!

Got a pleasant surprise when the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite room!
Nearby to some nice local food, do check out the local food court just less than 1km away.
The only downside is the sound proofing.

No slippers were provided, and when I asked for them, they charged me two dollars. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste either, but when I asked for those, they didn't charge me. Maybe it's a cultural difference, and I was too embarrassed to ask why, fearing I'd be laughed at. The location is a bit desolate, but it's only about a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Jonker Street and several museums.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we had another pleasant experience. We chose a suite room on level 3, which we liked. It includes a small kitchen with basic cooking appliances and a medium-sized refrigerator. There’s also a two-seater sofa and a TV, which made the space more comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay.

No need for words, just look at the pictures. It was truly disgusting and ruined our trip to Malacca. The hygiene standards in Malaysian hotels are generally much lower than back home, but this one set a new low.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to all the city center attractions. The front desk staff speaks Mandarin and provides excellent service. The facilities are great, and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
