Vanwege de vele goede reviews hebben we hier geboekt, maar die kunnen zeker niet gelden voor gebouw 48, kamer 3B. We hebben ook nog extra betaald voor deze kamer omdat deze iets groter is dan de basic. We hadden geen warm water in de keuken en in de badkamer maximaal 1 minuut daarna werd het weer koud en moest je hem continu aan en uit zetten om weer 1 minuut warm water te krijgen. Haren wassen was daarom echt geen optie en heb ik dus maar bij de kapper verderop gedaan. We hebben het direct eerste dag gemeld er zou iemand komen om ernaar te kijken maar niemand gezien. Het bed kraakte zo erg bij iedere minuscule beweging dat met 2 personen erin liggen ook geen optie was dus sliepen we uiteindelijk maar met matras op de grond. Het keukengerei is oud en de opscheplepels en pannen vallen bijna uit elkaar. Ook hing er regelmatig een vieze putlucht in het appartement. Enige reden om er nog 2 ipv 1 ster van te maken is de locatie midden in centrum dichtbij alles. Houd daarom ook rekening met geluidsoverlast want de appartementen zijn heel gehorig. Voor ons in ieder geval niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Spent week here initially on own and then friend joined me. Quiet road in old part of the city - easy to find everything once got bearings. There is a small Dia (local supermarket chain), a 5min walk away (go left out of building), and if you go right, cross the main road, about 10-15mins walk away, there is a Lidl (much better than UK ones). Check in was in reception next door - staff super helpful and friendly (could leave luggage with them on check out as flight later). Massive apartment which is bit austere. Good shower, had bidet. Could do with a drainer for washing up and as I am short (5'2"), found all the cupboards really tall and difficult to reach! Didn't use it but there was a washing machine. Both windows unfortunately looked into courtyards - wished the one in kitchen area where the table was, looked out to road.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Pinar Apartments Hotel. The apartments were exceptionally clean and boasted an excellent location, centrally situated near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The reception staff was friendly during check-in, and it's worth noting the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment upon our arrival. The French balcony offered a lovely view, and overall, my partner and I are highly satisfied with our experience. We're contemplating a return in the near future. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in these apartments on 4 occasions and never have been disappointed. They are lovely, clean, well equipped,comfortable, and location is fantastic. This time my husband booked them for a family surprise for my birthday, unfortunately he made a few booking errors. The amazing staff fixed this for us, no problem, which we are truly grateful. This made us have an enjoyable holiday to remember forever. One lady in particular, really did go out her way to help us, wish I got her name. She was so pleasant and helpful. Thank goodness for google translate 😀. Can highly recommend these apartments, they have so many , to suit different everyone’s needs. 10 minutes walk from train station

We stayed at these apartments for our stay in Málaga. They are situated within a 5 minute walk into the city centre yet away from any hustle and bustle on a quiet one way street that is partially pedestrianised. There was very little traffic noise and the street was only really used by the odd taxi and delivery vehicles. The staff in the office were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke good English if your Spanish is poor. We were able to leave our luggage prior to checking in as we had an early flight arrival. The apartment itself was spotless on arrival. It was modern and airy and equipped with air conditioning although we had no use for it. Excellent shower in the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Towels and linen all provided. The kitchen was equipped with utensils for 4 persons. All floors are accessible by a lift as well as stairs. Approx 25 minute walk to the train station and as mentioned above, 5 minutes from the city centre bars and restaurants. Highly recommended for a stay in Málaga.

Appartamento grande, comodo, nuovo, fornito di tutto ciò che serve anche per lunghi soggiorni ma soprattutto PULITO!!!! pulizia in ogni angolo, anche dentro la cucina, le stoviglie. Super consigliato e zona molto molto centrale. Reception 24h molto gentile

Appartamento situato a pochi passi dai mezzi pubblici, vicino al centro e non tantissimo distante dalla spiaggia. Interno moderno, tenuto benissimo, spazioso e raffinato. Camera insonorizzata e grande, bagno funzionale, cucina moderna e completa. L’appartamento profumato e pulito completo di ogni preferenza, addirittura acqua in frigo fresca. Il personale molto gentile e simpatico, disponibilità e professionalità sono una vera qualità.

Bright, roomy apartment very similar to the pictures shown. Close to many venues in the historic center city. An excellent location and place to stay. Staff was helpful and since we stayed 8 days there was cleaning service included once during our stay.
