Apartamentos Líbere Málaga Teatro Romano

I didn’t receive the email from Libere and it was a 36 minute problem trying to get into the apar**ent The staff on the phone were quite helpful and the code was finally. received. I was on the third floor this time, very nice apar**ent with a beautiful view.

Libere Teatro Romano apar**ents are in an old building that's been attractively refurbished. It feels very secure: you input a security code 3 times between the street and your apar**ent. It was nerve-wracking not being told until arrival day which apar**ent we had booked and paid for, and not being given the security code until 3pm on arrival day, especially as Libere does not seem to respond to emails prior to one's arrival. However, the information arrived exactly as promised. The building's location is perfect for tourists: 5 mins' walk from the nearest C1/C2 bus stop on one of the busiest streets of the historic city - yet our apar**ent was quiet. Everything you might want to see in the historic city can be reached on foot within ~15 mins, and it's an easy walk to Malaga's retail centre and its parks and beaches. There are several good supermarkets within 5 mins' walk, and dozens of cafes and restaurants. Malaga's art house cinema is only a couple of mins away, as are the Teatro Romano and the entrance to the medieval Alcazaba. There are numerous museums and galleries in the area. What's not to like?! Our only disappoin**ents were the lack of washing machine and dishwasher (which are possibly available in apar**ents larger than the studio we booked?) and the very stingy provision of rubbish bags and washing up liquid in one tiny sachet: we like to cook using the excellent local ingredients, so getting dishes and pans clean and dry was tricky. Otherwise, it was great!

Great spacious and light studio with all its facilities. The apar**ent was very well located in the center. Only disadvantage was that it was difficult to get in contact with the online reception, they don't respond.

As nice as it looks I wouldn’t bother it wasn’t comfortable and worth the money 1.0 Liked · Even though the property was in a great location it was very noisy. The windows didn’t seem very insulated for sound. The street cleaning that started about 3 to 4 o’clock at night outside the apar**ent with a jet washer woke me up every night. As lovely as it is to church bells outside don’t expect to go to sleep in the afternoon or have a nap as they will wake you up. Disliked · I booked a room with a double bed and emailed previous to arrival to make sure this was going to be without a response from the email I ended up with two single Beds together. This is something I definitely didn’t want as it made it uncomfortable to sleep with a partner slipping down with Centre. Also I paid for early check-in I need to find that was pending once I got to the property. Once contacting someone regarding this the cleaners turn up to clean the property before we could get in why was this option available when it wasn’t available. Granted I had my €15 returned to me nevertheless waiting in the street for over an hour before accessing the apar**ent was pretty poor with bags. Also there was no rubber on the sink plug which was unable me to fill the sink to wash up. The apar**ent came with the kitchen small but useful. But being unable to wash up for 3 to 4 days made it pretty pointless and having smelly dishes and having to eat out an extra expense again was very poor. The owners told me that they had fixed the problem with the sink how would they know they were never there I fixed the problem with the sink by seeing the cleaners cleaning and apar**ent and they swapped over the plug. And if you are expecting to get good sleep at the apar**ent forget that. as nice as it is to have the street washed every night and hear church bells. Please be assured this will keep you awake at night no and in the afternoon so your sleep will be broken As my stay left me very tired. Once confront in the owners after the state for a refund they denied all accountability.

It was not good. The virtual check- in experience was not practical. Our entry code didn’t work and we were given another one that didn’t work after a couple of days. Dealing with a voice in intercom rather than in-person reception was terrible. The room was extremely noisy (73 calle Granada) and unable to close the shutters. Very poor location as area doesn’t quiet down until 3-4 am. The latch on shutter was broken. There wasn’t any soap for shower and when I requested some nobody returned my request. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. No extra blankets were supplied. Virtual communication was terrible.
