Location on the edge of the old town. Everything within walking distance. Price performance top.

Fue un viaje de trabajo y la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria. Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. La habitación 106 tenía un colchón deteriorado por el paso del tiempo y una de las hojas de la ventana no cerraba bien, con la pérdida de calor que eso conlleva y los ruidos. Tampoco estaba disponible el restaurante para poder cenar.

We booked a superior room, asking for a high floor and quiet room. On arrival we were quite pleased with the location as it is in the centre. What they forget to mention is the fact that , even though it listed as a feature, the air-con is not on in the guestrooms! You can open the balcony doors but the street noise is very loud! When I asked about the air-con I was told ‘maybe tomorrow, maybe not. It is unusually warm for this time of year’. Not any help when you are trying to sleep and your room is boiling hot!

Nice little hotel with a really friendly staff! Room was clean and cozy, location really good and breakfast nice. Our room was on the street side, so there was quite a bit noise at night (garbage trucks, ambulances etc.), so maybe not more than 1 or 2 nights.. but we had a lovely stay!

Perfect hotel for our stay for the 3 kings night. Close to the parade and lots of nice bars. Staff were veey pleasant and room was ideal.

Good....location Friendly, helpful staff Not too big Comfortable bed Tea/coffee Fridge Safe Instant hot water and great shower Not so good .....street noise Drain smell in bathroom Small bathroom TV always starts off exceptionally loud when turned on. Walls like paper Mediocre breakfast Overall a small property with no main lobby or general lounge/public areas. Small breakfast cafe attached, with street access, which is open to the public also. The location is definitely the best selling point but that's traded against the street noise where it was quite usual to get a loud bin collection at 2am and hear groups of people chatting/shouting/singing at all hours throughout the night ...not Brits for a change! It was a fantastic location for walking to the restaurants, shops and train station. Hard to beat there.

Room was unbelievably small and dreadfully hot, even though it was a cold night. We hardly slept at all. Really awful hotel, very very disappointing. Wouldn’t stay there again.
