Pésima experiencia vivida con esta cadena, el trato del personal inexistente igual que el teléfono que ofrecen como vía de contacto, llevo días intentando ponerme en contacto con el personal y no es posible, dejan mucho que desear!! No volveré a repetir!!

Buena estadía Muy buena ubicación para recorrer y conocer el centro de Málaga. Muy buena atención y la habitación muy agradable y espaciosa. Único defecto es que se escucha mucho ruido de otras habitaciones. El ingreso puede ser un poco caótico si la cafetería se encuentra muy llena.

Non posso raccontare del soggiorno volevo solo recensire la poca correttezza della struttura nei confronti dei clienti. Poco espliciti nelle condizioni e non disponibili ad un confronto. La responsabile dell'hotel non è decisamente all'altezza della sua posizione. Prestate attenzione alle condizioni di vendita

I spent only one night in this B&B and I could be biased. The reception was positive (the girl only spoke Spanish, but she was nice). However, overall this was the most horrible hotel experience in my life. The room that was assigned to me overlooked the street where between 2 and 4 there was a gathering of young Spaniards who shouted making it impossible to rest. The bed mattress sagged. The bathroom was shared (it was the first and last time in my life that I agreed to a room without a private bathroom) , it was supposed to be for 2 people, but it turned out to be for 4 and there were no rules for using it in turns . Thankfully the other people were polite and we made the rules ourselves. In the bathroom we found a diluted liquid soap and very small sachets of shower gel. The bathroom was really cold in the evening. I didn't eat breakfast, even if it was included in the price of the room, because the line of people who wanted to have it was very long (people from outside also do it and those who paid for the rooms have no precedence) and I couldn't afford an hour wait. And unfortunately it didn't end there. At my request, the guy from the bar called a taxi who, faced with my one-minute delay (one minute! I had a lot of luggage) took off, leaving me carelessly alone in the middle of the street. Luckily I knew where the nearby taxi stand is and managed by myself. Conclusions to the reader...

L’hôtel est à fuir ! Entre le brouhaha et les cris incessants de la rue jusqu’à tot le matin à cause notamment de la boîte de nuit et les voisins irrespectueux des chambres d’à coté qui parlent fort jusqu’à 5h du matin, il est impossible de dormir dans cet hôtel ! Par ailleurs la literie est assez inconfortable. Si vous rêvez d’une nuit douce, allez ailleurs.

La struttura è molto carina, camere a tema, da tiramisù ..a brownie, ampi servizi dotati di tutti i kit cortesia e molto ben curate. Buona varietà di dolci e frullati per colazioni o merenda golose. Posizione strategica per visitare la città.

We hebben hier de bruncheo gegeten. De bediening was heel erg traag (lees:de menukaart pakken werd direct vergeten, daarna had ze de bestelling niet goed begrepen en vervolgens moesten we 2 keer vragen om bestek) We zagen onze eggs benedict al een tijdje op de toonbank klaarstaan, maar de serveerster was met andere dingen bezig. We kregen toen koude koffie en koude, ook niet erg lekkere, eggs benedict. Met als kers op de taart een stuk plastic in mijn ei! Het yoghurtje die bij de 'Bruncheo' hoorde was net yoghurtdrink. Al met al dus echt GEEN aanrader!
