This hotel is in the old town, diagonally opposite the Picasso Museum. The address is unbeatable. There are many delicious food nearby. The front desk introduced the best tapas I have ever eaten during this trip, and they are not expensive. Newly renovated, the room is quite beautiful, quite big, clean, tidy and comfortable. The attitude of the front desk was very good, the attitude of the staff was also good, and the breakfast was also exquisite. It's a very worthwhile hotel to stay in. When you are tired from shopping, you can always go back to the hotel to rest. Note: When traveling in Europe with children, you must pay attention to extra beds, otherwise you will have to pay extra on site, which will not be cheap.

The building is immaculate. Our room (113), although excellent in every other way, was noisy at night. But the staff went out of their way to find us a completely quiet alternative (405) of an equally high standard. The dinners were very good - but the continental breakfast on the room terrace of the adjoining building was outstanding. The location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the city on foot.

Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing location, fabulous welcome & support from the reception team, beautiful interiors & decor. Our room was exquisite, we loved the bed & the shower. Perfect to explore this beautiful part of Malaga, the room was incredibly peaceful yet we were in a very busy part of the historical centre.

I honestly hate to give this hotel a 4 star review (I actually want to give it a 4.5 star review but TA doesn't do half stars). I stayed two nights at this hotel and honestly it was excellent in almost everyway but with just one shortcoming. The service at this hotel is impeccable and the rooms are fantastic. My room was spotless and everything was modern. I was located in the annex. The public spaces in the hotel were also excellent. Breakfast was also very good one of the better ones I had in Spain on this trip. The only negative was the wireless internet access. There was basically very little coverage in my room. Unless I was in the entry way (which had no place to sit other than a step) I either had no or very slow internet access depending on the device I was using. In the entry way the internet worked reliably but it was still slow. For the level this hotel is at I would expect solid and fast internet and I didn't have it. For that I need to knock off a half a star but since I cannot do that I'll round down to four stars. Outside of that one issue this hotel was flawless.

Lovely hotel very central with a great bed we had stayed here before 3 years ago on that occasion our room had a bath, when we arrived I asked if the allocated room had a bath, it didn’t. I was told to get a bath in the room I would have to upgrade and pay 40 euros a night on top of the 300 euros per night already paid for our 3 night stay plus 28 euros per person per day for breakfast. I agreed we were taken to a room in the recently opened section of the hotel in a building next door, room 134 Unfortunately this room looks directly into a room across the alley way separating the buildings 12 feet away we had to keep our curtains closed for the entire stay. Avoid room 134 you will be disappointed.
