I booked a nonrefundable rate reservation for two nights and unfortunately needed to cancel due to a family health emergency. I requested any sort of refund or future credit and the hotel was not willing to accommodate in any way. I understand that I booked a non refundable rate, so this is not a negative review, however others should be mindful that this hotel is strict with their rules and are not willing to make any accommodations while other chains were more flexible with the circumstances I was experiencing. We will not be reserving a future stay with this hotel when we plan to return to the area.

Location, location, location…Stuff was friendly and nice (got my room couple of hours earlier than check in time)…room was with the best view on the Main Street and the plaza (with the red carpet for film festival)…all attractions are easy walk, many restaurants around…

Spent one night at this stylish art deco hotel. We could not fault it in anyway.Good central location with easy access to shops,port and beach. Staff really helpful and friendly.Free biscuits and water at reception.First class breakfast.We would certainly stay here again.Highly recommended.

The location is superb. We were offered and accepted a very reasonable room upgrade which gave us a super balcony view over Larios square. A little noisy as the structures were being erected for the upcoming Malaga film festival. (Obviously not the Hotels fault).
Room very clean. No extractor fan in bathroom. Needed a safety mat in bath when using shower.
Fridge not cold. No kettle or hairdryer in room. Had to go to reception to request kettle and ice bucket. No instructions as to how to call reception and no overall information about the hotel, its facilities, location recommendations.
