H10 Croma Málaga

Excellent hotel, staff and location very good indeed. Ideal for train station from airport.

This place ticked all of the boxes!! The hotel is beautiful, new and spotlessly clean. Our room (jr. suite) was huge and had a lovely terrace overlooking the cathedral. It had plenty of storage space and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was also large and had an amazing walk-in shower. Breakfast was lovely -- everything you could ask for on the buffet and a menu to order eggs, omelettes and even crepes (try the ham and cheese one -- delicious). We loved the rooftop terrace -- great vibes, beautiful views, a sweet pool and fun cocktails. But what really makes this place special is the staff. From the time we arrived until we left -- everyone (and we mean everyone!! -- hotel reception, restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping, etc.) greeted us with smiles and superior customer service. We had registered with the "club" -- so it was a nice touch to be offered a glass of cava upon arrival and then to find a surprise bottle of cava on ice when we arrived back from our first day of exploring. We'd like to especially acknowledge the most wonderful Laura who made our stay extra special by providing not only suggestions on places to see and dine while in Malaga -- but to also provide us with suggestions on what to see and do at our next stop in Spain. She truly went above and beyond and H10 is fortunate to have such a fantastic person working for them. We loved our "H10 experience" and will seek this hotel brand out when visiting Europe again....:)

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at H10 Croma Malaga. From being greeted on arrival by friendly helpful staff on reception with a welcome drink, all staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for breakfast, we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and the lovely roof top restaurant. So much of Malaga accessible within walking distance. We have recommended to family members who are booked in June and we would certainly return.

Great location, very friendly staff and the rooftop is superb. Be careful if you hire a car though, parking is €25 a night. Parking generally in Malaga is v expensive though, so this isn’t a hotel thing.

Fantastically central location, great service and spotless rooms. We came for 3 nights to explore Malaga and surrounding areas and this was the perfect base. Tasty breakfast and great views on roof terrace. Only surprise was depth of swimming pool… 70cm so no early morning lengths. That said probably tricky to make it much bigger given how central it is. Would highly recommend to couples and friends travelling and will definitely be back.

The hotel is, first of all, perfectly located within walking distance of the market, the cathedral, the Roman theatre, the castle and the beach. The staff, from the moment you arrive are helpful, friendly and really customer-focused. On reception, Gloria and Laura gave us a great welcome and Laura talked us through all the sights and the best restaurants. Though we ate out during the day, the rooftop bar served wonderful tapas so we stayed in the hotel for dinner and enjoyed the cocktails made by Jaime, Dario and Marcos - great barkeepers. The housekeeping - we were in room 501 with a lovely balcony - was perfect; everything spotlessly clean and tidy everyday. All in all you couldn't wish for better amenities and customer service.
