When I checked in, it might be due to the quality of the front desk employee. He asked me for a bank card of 220 euros. I thought I had to pay city tax. When I pressed the password, I took a second look and realized something was wrong, so I asked him what the money was. He said it was the room fee, but I said I had already paid it on Ctrip! He checked again and said he had made a mistake. On his fourth trip to Spain, various unpleasant things had happened many times, including taxis at the airport and even customs... Not good value for money.

Estuvimos en el restaurante del hotel celebrando mi boda y todo estuvo genial. La organización previa y la comunicación con Noelia fue de 10. Nos recibieron súper bien, el menú estaba exquisito y la mesa súper bien decorada. Había muy buen ambiente y todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Agradecimientos a Noelia, camareros, cocinero y todo el personal que hay detrás de cada detalle. Volvería a hacer un evento allí.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we loved the rooftop bar in the evenings. It’s in a pedestrianised area, but didn’t cause us a problem. Room was nice, but bathroom needs updating. (Mould around bath and stained toilet seat) Otherwise it was a great stay and we would return if we visited Malaga again.
