The picture shows the location. It is in the center of the city. There are good consumer stores around. The exterior design is unique. The room is big. But the hotel has a bit of history. It would be better to upgrade the interior decoration

The dust in the bathroom cabinet is not wiped clean, the air conditioner is too loud, the housekeeping has to ask for service, but the hotel staff has a good attitude

The pool was closed and not in service. To compare with others hotels in downtown London, price for the room was not worth. There was nothing special.

This hotel has a lot of character - it's an old armory building that they converted. The dining area and also the pool are in the old armory section.
Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful room and very kind staff. Food and beverages were overpriced, but that is expected at a hotel. The room rate was also a bit high. Otherwise, a very nice clean well run facility.

The service as we arrived at the front desk to check in was exceptional…the rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming ..Probably the most comfortable beds I have slept in…i. would highly recommend this hotel…i will be definitely be coming back!!!!

When arriving the staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet looks after the vehicle in quick efficient way. The rooms are clean and offer great pillows. The whole experience is amazing and full of history. We stay on the concierge floor and the breakfast has a variety of foods and very good.
