The bedsheets were so dirty, I had to ask the staff to change them, even afterwards they were still not very clean. They did not have towels for the hands nor for the feet so after the shower you just wet your room. Even the beds by the pool were not clean it looked like it had bird poop on it. The bathroom was really unpleasant, old, and was not the cleanest. They were supposed to clean my room when I was out but that did not happen. I had to extend my my stay, and my room was changed, there was no comparaison between the two room. The second room was way cleaner, the bathroom was fine and I had TOWELS! The staff was helpful , despite the fact that one of them was lying to my face many times, they made me pay 350k for laundry which is 20€ when I never paid more than 100k before. When I asked how much was the laundry the staff told me 50k, it’s only when I came back to get it that he told me it was per kilos so I will have to pay 350k. Of course they « could not » give me my money back. I would find another hotel if I were you, they always want to scam you and take advantage of you !

Great to stay for solo traveler

Beautiful green grounds. The rooms are a bit tired. Our window had a view of the wall. You can go up to the roof and watch a beautiful sunset. Breakfasts varied over the course of several days – sometimes a buffet, sometimes a la carte.

This is the best value hotel I visited during my last vacation in Indonesia. It is easy to access to Senggigi Central, and I had a fun and happy time by renting a motorbike from the owner of Rinjani Riding. If you are sensitive to room conditions, choose a good resort, but if you want a good value service, I recommend it. If you go to Gili, you can get to Bangsaldo in about 30 minutes.

The food is recommended, it's delicious and suits your taste, especially the fried rice is good 👍

I stayed two nights in a suite on the second floor. I had a good rest.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. I brought the wrong adapter and there was no one for sale nearby. He kept asking his colleagues for me and finally borrowed it for me. When I checked out, he said that the adapter was given to me. Because it may not be easy to buy here, thank you very much. The service, environment, and food are all great. I recommend everyone to book this restaurant.

The shower looks dirty and the water from the shower outside is not hard enough. Other facilities are good and comfortable

The breakfast is simple, the facilities are not good, there is little water from the faucet, the toilet pipe leaks, the hair dryer does not work, the refrigerator is useless, and the TV needs to use its own universal plug to watch

Very delicate hotel, you can see the sea from the top floor, very attentive, English service is also good. The swimming pool is beautiful, it has been raining, useless, very quiet, backed by mountains and facing the sea.

The hotel is not new, but it is clean and has everything (refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning, shower and tea sets, hot water). Instead of a duvet cover there is a sheet. The location is not convenient: it is difficult to swim on the beach at low tide; you need to walk about 50 meters on sharp stones and fragments of coral. There is no infrastructure nearby, only hotels. But you can eat tasty, quickly and at a regular price at the hotel. Breakfast only without meat. The service is traditionally good.
