Το προσωπικό πάντα εγκαρδιο, χαμογελαστό κ πρόθυμο. Η κυρία Τζούλια πολύ εξυπηρετική κ γλυκια και ο μετρ κύριος Κώστας πάντα έλεγχε ότι όλα λειτουργούν ρολόι. Το εστιατόριο ήταν πάντα πλούσιο με αμέτρητες επιλογές και ολα πολυ νοστιμα & σπιτικα μαγειρεμενα (πρωινο, μεσημεριακο, βραδυνο). Η κυρια που έφτιαχνε pancakes και λουκουμαδες το πρωί ήταν υπέροχη κ γλυκύτατη παρολη την πίεση κ την ουρά κάθε πρωί. Καθαρα, ευρυχωρα δωματια, καθαρη πισίνα με ναυαγοσωστρια, αφθονα ποτα, μπύρα, καφεδες στο μπαρ, τεράστιες εκτάσεις με γκαζόν για παιχνίδι κ η θαλασσα ακριβως μπροστα καθαρη με αμμο. Ευχαριστη εκπληξη για το Πασχα το δωρο σε καθε δωματιο 2 λαμπαδες, κ 2 τσουρεκια. Το μόνο μείον ότι δεν έπιανε το wifi στο δωμάτιο.

Superb hotel by the sea, great room, beautiful view, excellent restaurant with quality and varied products, the garden is large and magnificent, deckchairs and chairs everywhere, very warm welcome, the outings offered by FRAM are great, the guided outing in Athens is really quality, truly exceptional FRAM staff: thanks especially to Florence. I stayed at the hotel with my family, and while we enjoyed the picturesque view and appreciated the presence of a playground outside, unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. Despite opting for an all-inclusive package, the food quality left much to be desired. Most days, we found ourselves settling for a simple meal of bread and cheese due to the unappetizing options provided. The rooms, too, were on the smaller side, which impacted our comfort during the stay. As disheartening as these aspects were, the most significant letdown was the interaction with the staff. Regrettably, their demeanor made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. It's essential for a hotel to not only offer comfortable amenities but also provide a hospitable environment, which, unfortunately, was sorely lacking.
