Overall very good hotel, price reasonable, very clean, very profesional, all the staf is very nice, good breakfast, location is very strategic

Location is right next to a shopping mall and within walking distance to lots of eateries. The staff is great, everyone is very courteous and helpful.

When I booked the hotel, the description said that the room includes private swimming pool. However, this is not true when I arrived at there. The staff told me that they don’t have private swimming pool in the room. Apart from this, the view is gorgeous and there is a big shopping mall just next to the hotel.

From the front desk to the room service is excellent. The breakfast foods choice is more than I expected make us enjoy while we sitting to eat our breakfast. The facility is great. The hotel is very convenient and easy access to go everywhere. Overall we are very happy with all the service. For sure we will go back stay there again when we visit Malang.

Perfect location , very good service, nice view , we will back to this hotel for sure next time when we visit Malang . Near to the shopping mall excellent when you have kid. Have a games section , food court and place for shopping.

The location is below the mall, so you can get a meal without having to move too much, and the rooms are larger than expected compared to hotels of the same price. Although the location is a bit ambiguous, I liked it.

Everything is okay, the rooms are clean, the service is okay, the swimming pool is nice, there is a children's drawing area, sand molding toys, highly recommended for those who bring children. The breakfast menu is small and not tasty.

Center of town, good place, good food, Unfortunately the gym equipment is broken... But there is a swimming pool...
