Calme agréable et reposant.
Un havre de paix au centre ville de malaucene avec des beaux extérieurs. La piscine est agréable et bien pourvue en transats et parasols. A 15 minutes des gorges de toulourenc et et vaison la romaine.

Très bel endroit
Sur un voyage moto nous avons fait halte à Malaucene. Le domaine des tilleuls est à l’abri dans un cadre arboré magnifique. Le personnel est à l écoute, le coin piscine nous a permis de récupérer d une journée caniculaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses, climatisées et décorées dans l esprit de la bâtisse. Pour ceux qui ont l intention de monter au sommet du Mont Ventoux, l’hôtel est situé au pied du départ du col. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans la suite 2 personnes "Lance Armstrong". Le cadre de l'hôtel est très agréable, le spa à proximité (en supplément) est appréciable. Nous avons par contre été très déçus par le service. Nous n'avons pas eu d’eau chaude ni pour se doucher, ni pour prendre un bain (présence d'une douche + d'une baignoire dans la suite), c'est inadmissible pour un hôtel 3* au prix de 200€ la nuit en suite. Nous l'avons signalé au personnel sur le moment, sans qu'aucune solution ne nous soit proposée (le problème était d'après eux récurrent...), ni aucun geste commercial accordé par la direction à notre départ. À noter que les petits déjeuners sont aussi en supplément au prix de 18€ par personne pour un buffet restreint et très basique, la serveuse n’était d'ailleurs pas aimable. Nous ne reviendrons pas, c'est très dommage.

Cadre et emplacement très bien. Service nul. Nous avons pris une suite pour une nuit sans eau chaude. Nous avons alerté la personne à l'accueil qui nous a répondu que le pb était connu mais sans aucune solution à nous apporter ni geste commercial proposé. L'eau de la douche coulait dans la pièce à cause l'étanchéité de l'ensemble. A 200€ la nuit on s'attend à mieux. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais sans plus (pas à hauteur des 18€ déboursés).

Erg goede service, kamer bleek niet meer gereserveerd te zijn. Zonder problemen de laatste kamer gekregen en er was meteen een extra bed bijgezet. Erg leuke en mooie plek!

We have been using the Domaine des Tilleuls for many years to host our cycling clients. 2024 was another excellent year and all our clients had great stays at the hotel, as usual. If you are looking for a welcoming hotel that is perfectly located for a cycling holiday in the south of France, this is it.
