The check-in process was a breeze, and I must say, Luca, Joshua, and the incredible kitchen staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel like we were among friends rather than guests. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect, just a minute's stroll from the breathtaking Lake Garda. Luca and Joshua went above and beyond, not only providing us with fantastic recommendations for exploring the area and proving to be true lifesavers. During a hiking excursion, we found ourselves in a dire situation. Without hesitation, we turned to Luca and Joshua, sharing our plight. Their swift action and calm demeanour were nothing short of heroic. They immediately sprang into action, contacting the local emergency response team on our behalf. It's no exaggeration to say that they saved our lives. Their quick thinking and unwavering support ensured that we made it through a terrifying ordeal unscathed. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude. Luca and Joshua's compassion and reliability are unparalleled. They didn't just provide exceptional service; they showed us the true meaning of hospitality and kindness. I was a little concerned reading reviews ahead of our stay but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it's a bit tired, basic....but....super clean, location amazing with stunning views, staff all so friendly and the meals from the restaurant are lovely with a 10% discount given to guests. All in all, a very comfortable stay at a great price, you couldn't get a better location for the money and in Lake Garda you spend every second you can looking at the views not in your room!

We love this place! We have been back a couple times and each visit is as special s the last. The views are unbeatable and worth the price tag on its own. Sure, it's slightly pricey, but you get value for every penny you paid. The food is incredible, with one of the largest (comparatively) breakfast buffets you will see, though make no mistake - its not a cheap fry up and leave. The food is well cooked, big variety, lots of well made pastries and juices (made in front of you), as well as a big selection of sweet and savory treats. The staff are extremely helpful and willing to assist at every opportunity, and the location is perfect due to its proximity to town, without the chaos and noise. How this isn't a 5 star hotel baffles me as it far exceeds what we have experienced in a lot of places around the world.
