Location was good if you are looking for an affordable stay outside of Venice. There is a public bus just a few minutes away from the hotel that takes you straight into heart of Venice. Our stay did not include breakfast but If you walk a few minutes then you can also enjoy coffee at nearby places.

Very nice hotel with great view. Need half an hour bus to get to the main tourist spot. Staffs are kind and willing to answer our questions.

Hotel abbastanza tranquillo, colazione piu che soddisfacente, letto comodo, doccia un po’ piccola (almeno nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato). Tutto sommato sono rimasto soddisfatto. Lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per visitare Venezia. La posizione é ottima in quanto la fermata per l’autobus é proprio davanti l’hotel. Scelta che rifarei, inoltre personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camera molto calda e confortevole.
