The room was very small with absolutely no space to even move properly. Towels/bed sheets/cleaning never done daily on 2 days stay.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Ac is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. No

No parking, lack of cleanliness. Terrible unprofessional service by its employees. Toilet poorly maintained. Had to be repaired for hot water.

Hotel room was too small against tariff 1900 + gst. They are asking double bed room can be provided against higher tariff. However single occupancy room bed was litbit bigger than 3ac train berth as per me. Kitchen staff most of the time forget what they asked to provide. At the time of check out printer was not operating. Recomend to search for alternative hotels.

The hotel is good in all respects. Everyone is very helpful and soft spoken. Overall service is excellent. Quality and variety of food is excellent. It was a great experience.
