SO/ Maldives

Extremely professional and kind personnel; special mention to Ahsan, our GEM, who always remembers what you need before you ask. The other staff members are constantly grinning. The food is nice, but there aren't many options. Personally, I adore the pizza and brunch. Without a doubt, I'll return.

I checked Ctrip app for months to find a suitable resort for my honeymoon, and luckily I chose SO! It's our first time to visit Maldives, yet the resort staff made everything convenient for us. Before we started the journey, the staff contacted us through email to inform us of the transport details. We were picked up at Velana International Airport by the staff members of SO. The transfer by speedboat had amazing seaviews! We enjoyed the view. It only took 15min to get to the island. On the first night, we were welcomed with delicious dessert, fruits and champagne. Drinking champagne in the spacious water villa really reminded me of romantic movie scenes. We slept well with the peaceful sound of waves. The next morning, and every morning thereafter on the island, we tried different food at The Citronella Club. The waiters are patient and nice, bringing what we needed timely. Not only the private swimming pool in each room is clear, but also the public swimming pool is clean and cozy. I enjoyed swimming there every day, despite the rain. The only pity during our vacation is the bad weather. Being unaware of the local climate, we came in the rainy season. It almost rained every day! One day the wind got so strong and overwhelming that my newly bought drone fell to the ocean. I was so sad that I cried on the beach. Our butler Khim offered help and asked the security members to search for it. Although my device wasn't found, I appreciate your kind favor. That's the best hotel service I have ever had, after years of overseas travels! And on the last day of our journey, there was a storm all day. I told the butler that I was afraid we might feel dizzy if taking a boat in such a terrible weather. She comforted me and asked a staff member to give us seasick pills. The staff sent them immediately and told us how to use. They helped us to pick and deliver the luggages, so we had nothing to worry about. The seasick pills worked and we were comfortable throughout the trip. After taking the speedboat to the airport, a staff picked our luggages and accompanied us all the way to the check-in counter. I never imagined a hotel service could be so detailed! We don't bother checking out the schedule. We just need to relax and enjoy our day! We look forward to coming again when the weather is better. Thanks to SO/ Maldives, I had sweet memories here!

Perfect!!! Butler Ahsan is best. He was so kind and nice. All the staff were kind and the facilities were excellent. I really want to go again next year on vacation. After checking out, I was touched by the kind handling of the airport movement, airport procedures, luggage movement, and farewell greetings.

The breakfast was good, service should be better which i main they were late I'm many things, the staff were welcoming us.

Great and memorable trip. Will definitely come back again!
