A wonderful family hotel with all the right facilities. The pools are a decent size, the food is delicious and a special mention to Simone the entertainment manager who made sure everything ran smoothly and was very friendly. will definitely come again

Excellent hotel new refurbishment makes this property first class!! Great Rooms Great facilities Exceptional staff. As a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 11 this was the second time we have visted this hotel. The hotel has just undergone a full refurbishment. The hotel was certainly adequate before and is now a place that would be very difficult to beat on an all-inclusive basis for a family holiday in the sun. Th new upgrade boasts very modern and fresh rooms. That are a fantastic addition to the hotel that gives the hotel a premium aspect. New pool side snack bar, beach front evening restaurant, ice cream parlour also with a reworked buffet restaurant and Asian evening restaurant), The pool side is reworked with new features also with the beach front area. In addition to the hotel there is now a new outdoor sports facility that has a Padel court, tennis court, table tennis football, volly ball and basketball area. All the food and drink is all inclusive all day, it has a great range all day. The snack bar has a great variety from fresh salad and kebabs through to burgers all the food is well presented and offers a good variety each day. There is entertainment for the children in the early evening 8:30 pm then generally music and a theam at the pool side bar untill 1230 pm. Lastly and importantly all the staff are exceptional. The bar staff, restaurantees and entertainment team are all very friendly. The management team and front of house team lead by Andreas really went out of there way to make our holiday a fantastic experience. On arrival there was a mistake by our travel agent and there was no booking for us at the hotel. The hotel manager veet quickly stepped in and went out of his way, with his team to allow us entry to the hotel and it's facilities. I couldn't have asked for more from them given it was no fault of the hotel or there team. Each day they where every helpful with us and any other guests I saw while passing. It summary, For our family and a summer break. This hotel hits every request and requirement for us.

We had the pleasure of staying at one of the newly renovated suites at the Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort in the beginning of June. The rooms were modern and spacious, and was furnished with everything we needed - and more. The location is great, and the suites are perfect for a family of 3-4. The resort provides everything you would need for a vacation getaway. The pool area is a lot bigger and more impressive than what it looks like from the pictures. We had no trouble getting sunbeds, and the animations team arranged fun activities for the kids by the pool throughout the day. The food was also a really nice surprise. The service and quality of the food at the resort was really good, which was a nice surprise when comparing to other all inclusive resorts we’ve been to the last few years. The staff was super friendly and service minded, and made sure that no questions were left unanswered. A highly recommended resort! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience.

the animation team was so good and sonia in the rainbow team was amazing with the kids and makes the hotel such a better place and i loved spending every second of my night and day with her i loved it 💗

Absolutely bad experience! We had to cancel our trip to Grand Gennadi at Rhodes after the fires this August and last minute booked this hotel in Crete advertised as a 4 star hotel. The morning we arrived we used the lobby washrooms and they were worse/dirtier than the type of washrooms you use at the beach. We visited the breakfast buffet and everything was messy, Nutella on the buffet tables spread everywhere with flies all over. Extremely noisy and crowded like an IKEA food court. This is definitely not a 4 star experience. We haven't had the chance to check in and get to our room since we were at the hotel at 8:30 am and contacted ******* to get a refund since we were travelling along with our 2 kids and didn't want to waste our vacation altogether. We were reassured by the agent that the hotel manager will make an exception and we were on the phone for 5-6 hours on hold until 2 pm. They said worst case they would charge us for one night fees but instead they fully charged us the full amount and they let us know about this the next day. We had to leave the island because of our son getting sick, probably because of the hotel washroom and we were charged a full 7 nights accommodation package. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would greatly appreciate a full refund even though no one reached out to us all this time.
