Zimmer sehr klein.Wussten nicht wo wir unsere beiden Koffer unterbringen sollten.Das uns zugeteilten Zimmer wurde bei Ankunft von der Rezeption als Upgrade angepriesen.Dann möchte ich nicht die ursprünglich gebuchte Standartkategorie sehen.
Wir würden in einem von zwei Zimmer im Erdgeschoss des Haupthauses untergebracht.Unmittelbar neben der Rezeption,dem Restaurant und der Küche sowie dem Treppenaufgang zu den oberen Stockwerken.Außen vorm sogenannten Balkon war der Parkplatz und der Zugang zum Pool.
Bedeutend Abends erst nach 24 Uhr etwas Ruhe,schlimmer früh morgens so um 5 Uhr bereitete die Küche das Frühstück vor,wurden im Restaurant die Stühle und Tische wieder zurechtgerückt.
Alles in allem,noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel gehabt.
Ausnahme war das Restaurant eher überdurchschnittlich und das Personal

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was nice. It worked great for my 3 kids and I. The only trick was that the air conditioner was in one room and not the other so we had to leave the door to the room open to let it even out a bit.

Very good pozition, bus station in front of hotel, tours, beach. Clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Beach is about 5 min walk and is very large, beutiful, fine sand. Heraklion at half hour with bus 1.5 eu ticket. A successful stay here.

La chambre était bien, par contre la salle de bain et les draps trop petits, le restaurant Maxime est cher mais bon si vous mangez à la carte, par contre à fuir si vous êtes en demi pension, il n'y a pas de choix, menu imposé, de qualité très médiocre (giros congelés cuits au micro onde entre autre) les boissons ne sont pas comprises. Les petits déj sont acceptables dans cette gamme de prix...

Al voor de 3e jaar oprij hier,gunstige ligging, dichtbij de zee en bushalte voor de deur, prijskwaliteit verhouding goed, lekkere bedden en eenvoudige maar nette kamers, ook kun je heerlijk eten bij het restaurant onder Maxime,.Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Clean, quiet hotel with a clean pool and a nice restaurant. Breakfast was standard and dinner was delicious and imaginative. The staff were pleasant and tried to accommodate. The sea is not far away. We went to a more distant beach, where the entrance to the sea was more gradual. We booked a trip to the water park at the hotel. The bus was parked exactly. The perfect thing is that there is a public transport stop in front of the hotel, so you can easily get to the city center and the airport.

I have been there for four days,very friendly and helpful staff,delicious food,comfortable beds,good air conditioning,close to the clean beach .Just a few things I found a bit irritating. The pool opening time was 11,so you have to wait.I was on full board,and drinks were given only for breakfast ,but for lunch and dinner you couldn't get even water.

Cela fait la quatrième fois que je descend dans cet hôtel. Vraiment super je le recommande fortement. Très propre, refait il y a 2 ans. Chambre spacieuse très propre, le ménage est fait tout les jours. Le personnel est trop gentil, serviable. La réceptionniste Haris est vraiment adorable, toujours à votre écoute, se met en quatre pour vous rendre service. En cette période tout le personnel porte un masque, du gel est partout à notre disposition. Hygiène 10/10. En plus les prix sont incroyablement intéressant à côté des autres hôtels. Merci à vous tous je reviendrais l'année prochaine.

Byłem już gościem w paru hotelach, ale Castro zaskoczył mnie pod każdym względem! Hotel bardzo czysty i zadbany, pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone, sprzątanie ich bardzo sprawne. Przemiła obsługa dbająca z uśmiechem na twarzy każdego dnia o komfort gości. Wspaniałe jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej! Każdego dnia coś innego, smacznego, a porcje ciężkie do przejedzenia. Basen czysty, zadbany bez zapachu nadmiaru chloru. Otoczenie hotelu zadbane i ciche. Hotel i jego personel podbił moje serce i nabyli tym sposobem nowego stałego klienta! Ceny bardzo przystępne, a sam obiekt w pełni zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki! Polecam z czystym sercem wszystkim i każdemu z osobna. Pozdrawiam Serdecznie Artur.
