The hotel was good n staff was friendly n helpful.The food in restaurant was good experience greek food.The beach was jus 2minutes walkable n enjoyed my stay.would really recommend petousis hotel n suites.Love to visit again.

Our suite was nice, it had its own pool. Unfortunately our door didn't close properly, probably due to break-in damage. When we spoke to them, they explained to us that the door was just a little harder to close. We managed it, but when the cleaner was there, our room was always unlocked.
They didn't sweep or vacuum properly.
Otherwise we were very satisfied. The food was great, but unfortunately the half-board option only had a smaller selection than the normal menu.

Amazing hotel! Customer service was top notch, everyone was so helpful and kind. It's the perfect location and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again, it's the best!

We have never experienced such a clean and tidy hotel in Greece (and we have been coming to Greece for years!). We had a standard room in the main building with an excellent (king) size bed. The (very spacious) shower and toilet are separate. Sufficient water pressure, and no water outside the shower after showering! A spacious sink with enough space for all toiletries. A cupboard with sufficient coat racks and shelving space. At the pool: no towels, good sunbeds and parasols and lovely relaxing music in the background. Top. Breakfast is fine, not overly extensive. Everything looks neat (fresh). If I may mention one thing, the large restaurant (which is separate from the hotel) is attached to the hotel. The kitchen of that restaurant is located on the side of the hotel. Every evening there was blood near the steps (I expect from meat from the kitchen) that washed down the sidewalk. So that is not hygienic.
