I have a difficulty rating our stay because it started with a disaster: upon arrival, WE COULD NOT HAVE OUR ROOM. The staff claimed the room has not been freed in time for emergency reasons. So for the first night, with no choice, we were put in a 3star hotel nearby, in a little, smelly and hot room which is not at all a substitute for the one booked, even with a free dinner offered with it (in the same 3star place). Not speaking of the trouble of moving in the evening and the next morning, instead of all our plans. Despite this obvious and forced downgrade, we have been charged by Trip.com as originally booked, that is, as if we stayed the first night in Malena. Something is not right here.

Excellent relationship between quality and price. The friendliness of the Staff does not leave us indifferent. They always try to fulfill our requests. Breakfast is pretty good. I loved the pool and the proximity to the beach.

Sejour en amoureux en avril 2024. Hotel bien placé pour visiter heraklion. Ligne de bus desservant le centre ville pour éviter de prendre la voiture. Hôtel très agréable , restaurant et petit déjeuner toppisime , personnel au diapason. Réservation d une suite avec jacuzzi, finitions à revoir c est dommage, le reste est formidable. Cela reste un très bon établissement malgré tout.

La peor experiencia que hemos tenido con un hotel en la vida, llegas al hotel y luego te mandan a otro que es un antro, volvimos al hotel a reclamar y sale nada más y nada menos que el dueño Dimitri papadakis con otros matones como si fueran la mafia y nos echaron con amenazas y violencia, de verdad nunca se les ocurra entrar en este lugar.
