Without a doubt the best hotel I have stayed in. An almost perfect week, all inclusive. Very attentive and very friendly staff. Excellent and very varied buffet. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful location, ideal for couples, beach access. We really like this hotel. We stayed in a prime garden room view, no private balcony and smell of sulfur. The walls were thin so we're awoken by our neighbours 6.30am wake up call most days. Decor in the rook was lovely, hot water was consistent in our room, cleaned daily and amenities refreshed. Cleaners very friendly. Food, not entirely ideal. Please only eat the food that has steam coming from it. The hot plate Food is usually sitting in dangerous temperatures where bacteria multiplies. My partner and I got very ill and missed an entire day of our holiday. We were cautious the rest of our time and only ate piping hot food or food we seen being prepped. On one of the days the dining staff seemed very stressed and over worked. They were however helpful and kind. Al carte - we only managed to get two of our three meals. The oceana was lovely I must say. And we are dining at uni tomorrow. Spirits good brands. Overall enjoyed our stay despite food issues. Would return, hope the hotel look at better food practices. Hope this helps anyone planning on visiting. I would say 4.5 stars.

My friend and I wanted alittle get away and this was perfect, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had drinks and small buffet and drinks for us/anyone who arrives late after a long flight. We got shown to our room which we weren’t happy with because it was a terrace room and weren’t comfortable with people looking in walking past however because it was nearly 2am we just wanted to sleep. Next morning we went to reception and explained and they very kindly moved us to a different room which we were SO HAPPY with. They moved everything across for us and had a bottle of wine and snacks put in the room too 🥰 the all inclusive was lovely as it was my first one I’ve ever done. If you are looking for chill nice vibes this is the place if you just want to relax. The main bar was abit slow with drinks in the evening but understandable as it was busy but ended up in the other bar down the bottom, it’s outside and a lot quieter which means we got serviced quicker. You got fresh pool towels whenever you wanted. I would recommend to anyone if you looking for a nice peaceful holiday 🤍

Here at the moment, warm welcome at such a late hour by reception, lovely room allocated. Views are stunning, so many beautiful view points, lots of sunbeds in all areas of the hotel. Spotlessly clean, the food at buffet has been delicious and varied so far, no signs of using last nights leftovers here, tranquil and quiet if that’s what you are looking for. A few of the younger couples have struggled due to location, no night life. But Hotel is gorgeous, staff friendly and so helpful, it helps to smile at them. Update in a few more days, but so far no complaints!

Dedicated staff who take great care of the environment. very pleasant and quiet sea view room, tasteful decoration. Very nice pool bar, neat cocktail with real alcohol with the all-inclusive formula. several restaurants available at extra cost. Relaxation guaranteed, no unpleasant surprises.

Beautiful, large luxury resort for adults. Beautiful grounds with a very nice view. The various pools were great! The rooms were also very nice. The one free restaurant visit was also very nice. Super friendly staff, super large and delicious buffet and bars. Highly recommended!

This was a great hotel in a fabulous location but I would say that the food and drinks were not 5 star.Same sort of food every day in main restaurant and you had to pay extra for premium drinks. Staff in panorama bar were amazing,so attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them.Had a meal in both fine dining reteraunts which were fabulous, definitely recommend booking as soon as you arrive. 30 minute walk to a lovely beach with some great bars.If you just want a chill out week this is the place to be. Unfortunately on the last day my husband and i had a terrible sickness bug which we had to endure while travelling home!!!!
