Excellent hôtel, réception en français et très sympathique, chambres spacieuses et propres, serviettes changées tous les jours. Cadre idyllique, buffet excellent ce qui est à souligner car pas souvent le cas avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel où tout est fait pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Un coup de coeur aussi pour les excursions où un agent est disponible en permanence pour nous proposer tout ce qu'il y a de mieux à faire.

Excellent hôtel . Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement ce lieu pour vos vacances . Nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sourire par le réceptionniste ANTOINE un homme incroyable avec un cœur pur une rencontre que nous n'oublierons jamais , qui nous a surclassé en suite avec vue sur mer à la place d' une chambres standard avec vue sur montagnes. Encore merci à lui L'hôtel était très propres, les chambres nettoyées, les linges de toilette et de lits changés chaque jour. La nourriture était très bonne et variée, il y en avait pour tous les goûts et quasi à toute heure de la journée, les serveurs sont très gentils et souriants surtout AMMAN. L'hôtel est divisé en de nombreux bâtiments, mais cela a tellement plus de charme qu'un seul gros bâtiment. Les piscines sont très bien et nous n'avons jamais eu de mal à trouver 2 transats libres. L'accès aux plages est très facile et agréable. On notera aussi la belle vue, notamment de nuit, sur la ville d'Héraklion: d'innombrables lumières scintillant dans le noir le long de la côte crétoise. Merci aux équipes du Peninsula et surtout ANTOINE et AMMAN de nous avoir fait vivre une super semaine de vacances.

Très bel endroit, vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée, bars et restaurants ferment tôt par contre mais nourriture et boissons de bonne qualité et beaucoup de choix.

Je garde un merveilleux souvenir de cet hôtel. La vue est époustouflante !! On domine la mer de chaque côté. La nourriture est excellente et très variée. Le petit village d’Agia Pelagia est tout près, 3 km, et se fait facilement à pied.

Hôtel avec les piscines à l’ombre à part une … restauration plus que moyenne… faut aimer les pizza et les pâtes, le reste plus que bof. Animation fantôme… les animateurs font le minimum bien qu ils soit sympa… Formule all inclusive à ne pas prendre … aucun cocktail de buvable ( tout est fait par une machine distributeur, chimique et invivable sauf si vous voulez vomir). J avais pris chambre avec piscine privée… on a pas pu s en sévir de la semaine tellement t elle était fraise et à la ombre tout la journée, alors qu il faisait 28 toute la semaine).

C'est un beau et grand complexe mais il y a un manque de panneau pour indiquer où se trouve les différentes activités comme la salle de sport par exemple, on a mis au moins 1 h pour la trouver tellement on a tourner en rond car il y avait un manque d'information même à l'accueil le personnel a eu du mal à nous l'indiquer. Sinon, très bel hôtel que je recommande, très propre, buffet varié, les animateurs au top, le personnel toujours au petit soin et à l'écoute. Le ménage était fait tout les jours dans la chambre, les serviettes de toilettes ainsi que les serviettes de plages changé. On a décidé de revenir, c'est sur, je sera là.

Très beau séjour, j'y était venu avec des amis et la famille pour fêter mes 40 ans franchement rien à dire, les chambres top, l'animation top avec des animateurs incroyable, une superbe ambiance, le cadre magnifique, accès au piscine puis à la mer très accessible. Franchement je recommande cette endroit à 100%.
