Overall all was not horrible, because off the excelent range of foods , but is one hotel very isolated from all the visiting places and you have to pay taxi to visit places ! The staff is friendly except one lady Alexia from reception wich treats ass not like tourists wich have questions ! She become very pest off when we was asking about something ! The all inclusive drinks are also bad tasting ! You have to pay extra for a nice cocktail ar at least tasty! If you come just to relax , it’s perfect , but if you are looking for some adventures and visiting places I don’t recommend!

Très bel hôtel où nous avons séjourné en all inclusive. Le staff est très sympa et la nourriture proposée est variée et était à notre goût. Je recommande cet hôtel qui propose à des prix très raisonnable des locations de voiture pour visiter les alentours. Un petit bémol sur la carte des boissons all inclusive un peu trop restreinte

As a solo traveler I’m always looking for a hotel that offers both safety, peacefulness and a variety of things to do. Firstly, I must say that Crete is a stunning island with so many stunning views to offer which is evident by the absolutely breathtaking beauty surrounding this hotel. The beaches close by were beautiful and the locals were all very friendly and kind. The beaches are a little walk but they are on very steep terrain (which was fine for me, but something to note if you’re not able to walk well) The staff at the hotel were superb, and not once did I feel un-easy being a solo female traveler. The room was remarkably clean and the cleaners did a great job everyday! The all inclusive package was okay, limited drink options but I enjoy Raki so I was okay with that. The food was really good and offered lots of variety. Something which I really liked was that the hotel allowed to me to use all the facilities (including the all inclusive package) on the day of check out as my transfer wasn’t coming until 7.30pm which was lovely! One thing which was slightly disappointing was that the entertainment was cancelled the whole week I was there (I understand this is outside of the hotels control) but as I travel on my own the entertainment is normally a great way to get out and do something and meet new people, so wish I had been able too. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing re-treat I recommend this hotel 😁

Our experience at this hotel was overall amazing, the food, the a**osphere and the hotel in general was second to none, special mention to one of the bar staff ‘Stelios’ who was an absolute gentleman and the best barman i’ve ever came across.

So the hotel is amazing it is so clean and smells so fresh. The food is excellent and the waiters are outstanding they are kind courteous and helpful and greet you with a welcome smile and their service is amazing. Their names are BIRHAT, IBRAHIM, OKGAN, GALIP, VEDAT, CABBA SEF. There was three pools but we loved the relax pool where it was peaceful and the bar man Alex was fantastic. Lastly the guest relation manager made our holiday by taking great care of us. Hüseyin Murat Yakin. I highly reccomend blue bay platinum and will go back soon. Thankyou so much for making it the best holiday ever😊😊😊😊Maria

Fantastisch hotel,schone mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel en het restaurant was geweldig elke dag weer heerlijke gerechten.Mooi uitzicht op zee,ook de vele zwembaden waren heerlijk en ook daar kon je lekkere drankjes en versnaperingen halen.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel zum entspannen und wohlfühlen. Bewertung zu Blue Bay Resort Hotel Bewertet heute Dieses Hotel ist unser Absolutes Lieblingshotel. Weil einfach alles stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, engagiert, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für uns sind die Urlaube wie nach Hause kommen. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl in diesem Hotel. Für uns ist es als würden wir unsere Familie wiedersehen. Wir haben da schon sehr gute Freunde kennengelernt. Die Zimmer, dass Hotel und die ganze Anlage wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Essensauwahl ist sehr vielfältig. Es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das schöne ist, dass man einigen Köchen beim Live coocking zusehen kann. Uns gefällt die sanfte Animation sehr gut. Sie ist nicht störend und man kann selbst entscheiden, ob man mit macht. Es ist für jeden was dabei. Ob entspannende Massage, Sport und für Kinder gibt es natürlich auch jeden Tag ein Programm. An der Poolbar kann man es sich richtig gut gehen lassen. Kleine Snacks und leckere Getränke kann man schön mit Blick aufs Meer genießen. Das letzte Jahr haben wir zum ersten Mal das Ala carte Restaurant getestet. Wir waren total begeistert vom Ambiente, dass leckere Essen, den netten Service und wieder den Blick aufs Meer. Ausblick von unserem Hotelzimmer auf die offene Bucht und das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend. Zum Strand fährt jeden Tag mehrmals ein Shuttle hin und zurück. Am Strand gibt es eine wunderschöne Taverne, mit ganz leckerem Essen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Bis bald. Kalimera 💙🤍💙
