Gevarieerd buffet bij ontbijt, lunch en diner gedurende 8 dagen. De bedden liggen OK. Zwembad en strand zijn niet te druk, niet te rustig. Genoeg te zien en te doen zonder dat je naar een plekje moet zoeken. Aardige mensen. Parkeerruimte is beperkt. We waren met 4 (man, vrouw, 50 jaar), zoon 22, dochter 18, en allemaal naar ons zin gehad.

Wanderfull vacation! Food, hotel, animation, drinks, seaaside, everything. Wish you to have such a wanderfull holidays! Especially animators Rita and Andreas! Mini club and mini disco! Friendly staff! No problem if uour flight is after lunch, you can stay in your room after 11, bur to pay untill you want to stay!

The hotel was great and the staff very friendly. Special thanks to the Animaitor Andreas, who just kept the show going, and the bartender Mikhaeil (hopefully I spelled the name right) you are the best! The room in the ground floor was perfect for us and clean and big. We could enjoy the pool area easily. We arrived in the middle of the night but still the staff had us food and wine so we didn't have to go to sleep hungry. This was very nice surprise what we appreciated a lot. All and all the holliday was just as enjoyable as we had hoped for. I would go here again.

Had the most wonderful time here! The rooms, though some are a little dated, were perfectly clean and had everything you need in them. Comfortable beds, good air con and powerful showers and a bath. The food was superb, lots of choice for every meal. My partner, who is a vegetarian, and myself being type 1 diabetic were never without choices and certainly didn't go hungry. The catering and clean up staff were lovely! So friendly, welcoming and hard working. The highlight though was the enthusiastic animation team, Andreas and Rita, they were phenomenal! It was Rita's first shift on our first night but she was a natural, fit into the role perfectly and with ease, super friendly and took the time to have conversations with us. Though we don't have children she seemed to do a wonderful job keeping them entertained and happy. Andreas was charming, charismatic and always up for a laugh. He made an effort to introduce himself to all the new arrivals and infirm them about his action-packed and well structured programme. Made us feel really welcome and helped us work out the local transportation systems, which was very appreciated. Overall as our first holiday away as a couple we could not have asked for more, amazing people, good food and memories that will last forever. Thank you to everyone at Neptuno Beach, Heraklion, you've made this english couple very very happy.

This is the first time I'm giving a recommendation before I finish my stay. What can I say bad about the hotel? NOTHING. So now the positive things: Food varied for every nationality, I made a few recipes myself, The hotel must have been completely renovated because the room can be seen that it has just been painted. The Greeks, the staff don't even know the words, angry, rude, I think they don't even know how to be angry. COURTESY, FRIENDSHIP not only in the hotel but also in Crete is simply on a different level. I recommend it 100%

Décevant par l emplacement et le bruit. Le taxi vous dépose sur la route traversante d'amoudara, à vous de vous débrouiller à minuit. Un concierge vous accueille gentiment et vous lui demandez si c est calme, sa réponse est oui sauf que 2 mns après ça crie, ça rit à tout va...oui ce sont des jeunes de 16-17 ans qui font les fous dans les couloirs...ça commence bien. Bref ça a été comme ça tous les soirs où il faut tambouriner aux portes ou sortir dans les couloirs pour demander du calme. Personne de l hôtel ne bouge. L emplacement de l hôtel est dans un endroit où il n y a rien à voir et plutôt miséreux. 2 choses positives : les femmes à l accueil très sympas et l on y mange très bien. Par contre au restaurant tout est grand ouvert c est courant d air a tout va. Un conseil plutôt loger vers rethymnon ou côté malia qui sont plus beaux et plus vivants. Dernier point aucun tour opérateur pour nous à l hôtel que ce soit par perfect stay ou promovacances. Bref je déconseille et surtout à cause du bruit le soir et la nuit (imaginez nous n étions que 70 au départ alors en pleine saison fuyez) Une photo de la vue que j avais sachant que d autres plus sympas étaient dispo..

Travelled as a group of 7 - 6 adults and 9 month old baby in May 2023. Unfortunately our experience wasn't good. When we arrived the travel cot wasn't in our room, I went to reception who said we may need to wait until the morning to get a cot, which is ridiculous. I even asked 'where is my baby going to sleep?' and the receptionist said nothing. Luckily, the cot had been put in one of the other rooms in our party so we swapped, but surely the receptionist should know which room to allocate us? One thing to bare in mind is that one side of the main hotel block has been renovated, so one side resembles the lovely modern rooms as shown in the pictures. The other side is dated, brown wooden headboards and wardrobes so very different to the pictures we saw online. One positive thing to note is that the rooms are very clean. The food is very much the same each day and night and not much choice. There are only about 5-6 highchairs so if you go at peak time your baby may not have anywhere to sit. All of us became ill with sickness and diarrhoea whilst staying here. A child unfortunately pooed in the pool, the staff were told about this however the pool wasn't cleaned or a barrier put around it for over an hour. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday.
