Hemos pasado unos días, incluido San Juan. Muy buena atención de todo el personal de recepción, comedor, personal de limpieza, bar y animación. Las instalaciones estan super limpias y renovadas, hace que quieras repetir. El buffet muy variado y bueno y la animación también. Sin duda volveremos muy pronto!

Très bel hôtel ; la chambre bien spacieuse et lumineuse. Le restaurant est très agréable et les mets proposés sont excellents et très variés et au bar les personnels sont très sympa comme dans tout l’hôtel. Merci pour ce séjour avec des animations très agréables chaque soir

Goed hotel super vriendelijk personeel met goede service . We zijn er na een paar jaar weer geweest en weer prima naar ons zin gehad. Mooie ruime kamers gevarieerd eten en complimenten voor het personeel . Hotel is netjes en schoon en service gericht .

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is terrific. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has great potential. The half board is atrocious- we sat for 30 minutes without being offered a drink. It is no fun. Reception is rude and slow. Could be great but really isn’t yet.

Habitaciones confortables con dos espacios ideal para familias, lástima del sofá cama que no es tan cómodo como una cama. Buffet bueno con opciones sin gluten, Juan Carlos ha sido muy amable con nosotros en todo momento y el equipo de camareros también. Buen equipo de animación, en especial Ray, muy simpático. A tener en cuenta los que vais con mascota que no proporcionan comedero y bebedero, sin embargo les regalan una pelotita. Y que la mascota no puede pisar ninguna zona común. Los perros deberían ser gratis o pagar lo mínimo, 10 euros al día nos parece excesivo. Muy buen servicio de recepción. En definitiva, es un hotel recomendable.

Service niveau van dit hotel is top. Alles klopt met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Altijd behulpzaam. Het eten is zeer goed. Iedere dag vele variaties en leuke bediening. Wij hadden een zeer ruime kamer alleen wij vonden de bedden te hard maar dat is persoonlijk. Dit hotel is een aanrader als je op vakantie wilt in dit gebied.

Just spent a week at this hotel on half board basis. Love room overlooking the pool. Great food and the Head Waiter really helpful First two days great. Then a party of 20 school children arrived. The noise on our corridor at 2.00am in the morning was unbelievable. They were knocking on our bedroom door and running away. Spoke to Reception. They said they would speak to the Teachers. Following night was even worse. They were is the Buffet Restaurant handling all the food. Dropping food on the floor. As we had an early departure on the final day thought we would have an early night. No chance. Was playing games around the pool while midnight. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel but only on the proviso that there wouldn't be noisy kids taking over the hotel

Wahnsinnig höfliches und super freundliches Personal, auf alle noch so komplizierten Fragen Antworten bekommen und immer mit Tipps und einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. Hotel ist super sauber, allerdings nicht mehr ganz modern, trotzdem fühlt man sich richtig wohl. Liegt auch an dem genialen Putz- Team!! Das Essen und das Küchenteam sind einfach nur spitze - so lecker, frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe vor den Gästen zubereitet. Waren im 4. Stock und von Lärm keine Spur. Hotel können wir super weiterempfehlen!
