The hotel was beautiful. The interior was modern, chic and peaceful. The staff in the restaurant were great. The front desk was very professional, helpful and gracious. The rooftop bar had a gorgeous view. To get to the boats we had to take a taxi, but it was a quick ride . Highly recommend

Partiamo dal problema: può un 4*S con pretese da 5* non servire le patatine fritte? É un piatto gourmet, o cercano di efficentare i costi non accendendo la friggitrice a pranzo? Terribile. Rivedere la gestione F&B..non é non fare le patatine fritte che vi farà risparmiare!

Hôtel assez récent avec tout le nécessaire pour vous surprendre. Bel emplacement sur le lac avec une vue inouïe sur la ville de lecco. Personnel agréable et chambre spacieuse et toute neuve ! Sans compter la terrasse au dernier étage qui semble être incroyable en plein été !

A lot of good memories and uncharacteristic moments: my friend had problems with calling a taxi - hotel owner personally took him where he needs to be; breakfast always fresh and waiters are happy to let you into the restaurant few minutes early without a fuss (I needed to get into the transport for work); whatever else I needed - always got help. It seems that in this place guests are personalities, not faceless individuals from the never ending crowd.

La vista sul lago è splendida, davanti a Lecco e al monte Resegone; l'Hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato con un design moderno e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e la ristorazione (con tre possibili scelte) è eccellente. La mia camera - pur non essendo direttamente a vista lago - disponeva, di accesso diretto ad uno spazio verde.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel diverse settimane per lavoro. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza a Lecco, affacciato sul lago. Servizi ottimi tra cui parcheggio coperto, palestra super tecnologica e servizio in camera veloce e con prodotti ottimi! Spa bella e con personale preparato e possibilità di scegliere tra 2 ristoranti ed 1 bar che fa piatti veloci. Consiglio vivamente. Personale sempre cortese e preparato.

La vue du lac sur le rooftop est tres belle . Chambre moderne avec une terrasse pour permettre aux chiens de se reposer hors de la chambre . Petit déjeuner tres bon aussi . il manque juste une bouilloire pour faire un thé .
