Check-in: Make sure to continue past the QC Terme building on the main street. Parking is not included however there is a parking garage in relation to QC Room. For you tech savvy individuals you’ll have no problem with your self check-in. On the nightstand, you'll find an iPad butler that allows you to surf the web and provides information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. The first floor rooms have a patio. Housekeeping services the room daily, restocking items such as the minibar, towels, toiletry kits, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast: It is recommended to plan for breakfast at a different location, as the QC Room only offers a small packaged cookie and coffee for breakfast. Check-out: Checking out is easy. Simply let the person working in the front lobby know when you are ready to leave. Getting to the spa: The walk to the spa is a short walk however down the ramp through the parking lot.

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

The hotel’s price/performance ratio is relatively high, which is not a choice for travelers who enjoy the hotel. The room smells of an old house, not a bad smell. Passengers who are not sensitive to taste can ignore it. The location of the hotel itself is okay, there is no close commercial area, but the city is very small and it is easy to reach the commercial area. In addition, when you take a taxi or drive to find a hotel, drive slowly, it is not particularly obvious that you can find it.

If you do to Lake Como stay in LECCO. I loved this town. It is on the right arm of the Y on lake como. The town isn't touristy and that is what I loved. The only downside was the heat. It was the hottest week in July with temps well over 95 everyday. We had a JR Suite and it was clean and served it purpose. The breakfast was amazing. Those eggs! The only thing was the a/c wasn't that good but I do understand the temps were not normal so I am not holding that against them. Go to this city it is authentic, not touristy and absolutely beautiful!

The hotel has fantastic views over the lake but outside of building very tatty. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room we had was basic only 5 hangers for 2 people no wardrobe just some stainless steel poles with hangers on which slide off as no stopper on end of pole every time you get something from back the front items fall off which was very annoying. Only 2 small draws that you could only get a couple of pairs of pants & socks in which is ridiculous if you’re staying longer than a couple of nights. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice lots of choices. Fantastic view from breakfast room. Be warned if you have booked with Newmarket Holidays you have a 1 hour 30 minute coach ride to meet other holiday makers that are staying in Tremezzo before even get to we’re your going visit travel time added on so you will be on coach a long as we were. There is No swimming pool that Newmarket say there is just a hot tub. Newmarkets tour manager Monica was the worse tour manager we have ever had nothing was ever her fault, every time we had to meet her she was at least 45 minutes late and did not seem to know anything about the trips she was taking us on.

The location, room and welocmming receptionist was perfect. The stuff in the room, such as coffee machine, hair dryer, shower etc all was great. It's only 20 steps to subway station :) 5mins walking to most important places to see. We loved it. Highly recomended.

Good points - communal areas clean and tidy. Vitoria on reception nice. Large bedroom looked like it was recently Decorated. Big bed and soft pillows. Enough electric sockets. Good shower. Soundproof, although there's always someone who has to slam their door. Breakfast good. All the usual. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit eggs etc. Bit manic at times. Bad points. Bedroom wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made one day. Another day we weren't left with a spare toilet roll. Our towels were never folded and just left in a heap on the rail. Never given any milk in room for coffee. We haf a shared balcony, but if we went on it, you could see staight into another bedroom, on the corner. Thick slimy brown muck at bottom of shower. It was never clear off in the 9 nights we were there. Without effort, I cleared a bit off with a tissue. It was disgusting. Area is good and not run down considering its by the station

The view is good. If you can't book a room to see the lake, it's meaningless. The breakfast is rich and the service is average

Everything is perfect. The hotel atmosphere and location are truly unique. The only problem was that the wifi was disconnecting frequently, but everything else was an excellent hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel - spacious room, pleasant stuff, comfortable parking and nice breakfast. It was in a very convenient location for our business stay (Fierro Milano exposition centre), for Milan city centre and also for a nice one day trip to Como lake
