This is my second time in Malmö. I stayed here for 4 nights this time. I had been torn between several hotels in front of the station, and ended up choosing this one instead of the hotel I had originally decided on. The hotel is clean and has a good old hotel history, but the water area is also very clean and has good drainage. There was also a place to dry laundry. It was also located 5 minutes from the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing as it was in the center of town. Breakfast has a wide variety of items, the venue is nice, and it's a pub during the day? It looks like it is being used as a gift and the decorations are wonderful! The seats are wide enough to sit next to each other, so it doesn't feel cramped! There were some reviews about noise, but our room had a soundproof door so it didn't bother me. Also, the cleaning was really thorough. All the staff were kind as well.
If I have a chance to come to Malmö again, I will definitely stay at this hotel! I have been traveling to Europe for a long time, but it is definitely in the top 3 of my travels so far! it's recommended!

I needed to use the hotel's restroom and politely asked the receptionist if they had one available, but I was told they were out of order. I explained that I had driven a client from Copenhagen to Malmö Scandic Kramer, their hotel. However, she seemed indifferent. I have often booked with Scandic and stayed at their hotels because of their excellent customer service, so it was disappointing to be turned away when accompanying a client. We stayed at Scandic Kalmar in Malmö only one night, but it was a really nice experience. The location is perfect, with easy access for citycenter. The room was clean and big. The booking also included good breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

The room was in really bad condition. Cracks in the walls, no light in the hallway and stopped washing. After cleaning, there was still hair and dust in several places. It looked like they had only made the bed and changed the trash bag.
We found an animal in the bed when we were going to sleep a few hours after check-in. (Silverfish like animals!!)
It was slightly dusty and the wall-to-wall carpet looked really old and shabby.
The breakfast was also bad. We had to remind the staff up to several times that they had to fill up as a number of dishes were missing. In addition, a small selection and discount similar products. We were really disappointed that there was only plain black coffee. We had to go into town to get good coffee.
The staff were nice and friendly and the location is good. Otherwise nothing positive to say. There are no other Scandic hotels in Malmö. Top cleaning, newer rooms, good breakfast with fresh produce. Choose, for example, Sct jörgen We will never come back to scandic Kramer!

This is an old hotel with a very nice a**osphere. The hotel staff is friendly. Our room was clean and cozy. The hotel has a small gym and sauna. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I had a good experience. Thank you.

A warm and cosy old hotel with central location. Please disregard this 150 y.o. building has a lack of maintenance (for maybe 20 years) in regards of new carpets on stairs, korridors and sanding of old wooden floors, and paint of panels and doors.The breakfast is absolutely irresistable, very delicious and various! The whole trip worth! Don't forget the small but various gym and sauna in the basement! We missed the minibar and hot water for tea but the room had a bathtub and comfortable madrass! We'll be back!
