Breakfast was good and great coffee!

The property is excellent, my brother and our two families came up to pickup my niece from RPI and spend a day at Lake George ,Malta being close to both Saratoga and Lake George was the ideal place,the hotel is very well priced and has excellent amenities everything was great until breakfast time ,when I came down with a couple of my nieces arount 8:00 am,an employee named Jana decided it would be a good idea to clean the table where the kids were about to sit and tells them they can't sit there in a very obnoxious way and the children are looking at me not knowing what to do because there was no other sitting area so I mentioned to her, why the kids were not able to sit no responseas I'm making them waffles she comes by me asking me if I need help to make the waffles, so I said this is not my first time making them,so she decides to hurry along to the front desk to complain about me I presumed seeing how they were both looking at me and the children when they were talking,now I'm annoyed so I decided to approach them,they both scramble so I asked the front attendee who had nothing to do with the situation what isJana's name was because no one was wearing their name tags at the time. Long story short it takes one bad apple to rot a bushel of apples.

Perfect stay away from home. Love the amenities for an extended stay with family and friends.

Our room was clean and air quality was good! Very nice staff. Good stay!

Most run down/tired Hilton Property I have stayed in over the past 30 years. Front desk and other personnel helpful and apologetic but my room and especially the bathroom was beyond needing an upgrade/renovation. Ceiling paint peeling/chipping, wall paper coming off walls floors/shower frame with rust/deep layer of dirty and wear and tear. Common areas need refresh / new carpets - would avoid until a major renovation of a heavy use/run down suites. Found personal items from pervious guest (eye glasses & headphones) just on floor next to desk - just surprised that cleaner did not vacuum/clean area to see them - Front Desk was surprised when I reported the finding. Was not warned that a private tour group would take over very small/limited breakfast area for an hour before they left.

Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was always stocked and clean along with a friendly Staff member.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Great clean spacious place. Beautiful fire place outside open lobby with seating area and snacks, nice pool and fully loaded gym! Definitely recommend to anyone !!! I will be back

Everything was good however scrambled eggs should be added to breakfast menu😊
