Hotel Tamhankar's

Feedback for *hotel tamhankar* not at all happy with the service rendered by hotel management and staff. Wants to share few scenario as below 1. Room allotment - room was allotted on first floor. There is no space on stairs to carry your bags easily. 2. Service staff - staff will not assist you to carry your bags from hotel gate to room. 3. Common area lights - lights are not available in common area (gallery, staircase etc) i need to turn on the lights at midnight 4. Towels - towels are not cleaned. Surprised to see unwashed and tattered towels 5. Window curtains - room window facing is towards to main gate and road. It is surprised to see that curtains are not available on windows 6. Communication - there is facility available to connect with the hotel staff from assigned room. Every time you need to reach at reception desk and ask for support. 7. Water - tab water is not available for entire day 8. Tea - we asked for a tea or coffee in afternoon, but the staff member replied that milk is not available and milkman will come in late evening. 9. Cooling freeze - not working for entire day. 10. Check out - i want to move out at early in morning (around 7 am. I communicated the same think one day before, but still there is no one to complete the check out process. I just opened the hotel main gate, keep the room keys at reception and informed one of the member over phone that we are leaving.

Room cleaning is not good, room service is not proper, bathrooms are not clean also water problem from the tab.

Its good place to stay with few improvements: 1. No room service, no wifi 2. No dedicated care taker for hotel rooms 3. Utilising restaurant staff to carry out work for room service as per convenience of staff 4. Main focus is on restaurant than hotel rooms

Rooms are dexent but the overall price of property is a little on higher side, no room service provided. Food is good, this place is not for group travellers. Ideal for family who are here just for simple time away from rush. You get no shaks or beer here.

Food is also good. Tarkarli beach is at just walkable distance.

The food provided here was really amazing. The beach is at walking distance from the hotel which is another plus. Staff here is very co-operative. However, management, sanitation and overall hygiene must be improved.

We visited this property first time but had very terrible experience. Room service are not good as i requested to get complementary water bottle in room but no one came so finally i reached at the reception to get the bottle. Also more important tv cable was not working from when we enter into room even i told them 4-5 times to fix this but no one responded. I will not stay at this place in future. Staff is really lazy and rooms are not quite at good.

Stay was just very average. We booked it for 2000. There are better options available at this price.
