I stay here regularly when in town because the location is great and the Accor group has a commitment to Covid-safe cleaning practices. On this stay, there were very high winds and I discovered this trip that the building has a unique wind-tunnelling issue. The hallways "sing" with a high-pitched squeal through the vents. No worries, the rooms have fire doors and the minute the door to the room is shut, the sound is blocked out. In my case, the little mechanism at the bottom of the door didn't seal off, which meant the sound continued. The concierge changed my room immediately - brilliant! Only issue was that there are many fingermarks on door handle backplates, so I cleaned them all myself. Also, I was verbally harassed by a guest for choosing to wear a mask in the lift. Not at all the Sebel's fault; just a disappointing end to a lovely stay.

450m to Claufild station. Not far from town. Nearby is university and many restaurants. Shopping center and Coles in same distance. Nice stay!

I stayed here with my partner and my youngest son for my birthday weekend. Hotel staff were beautiful and welcoming me with a gift basket gor my birthday. Amazing room and so comfy and clean. S bit noisy though. I would have expected thicker paned windows to block put noise however that was only draw back. I had the best birthday I'd had in yea rs...thanks sebel will definately be back

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to walk to COLES and Yunshi Chinese Supermarket. It is suitable for friends who travel by car because the hotel has free parking spaces, which is much more convenient than the serviced hotels in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook your own meals, the soundproofing is very good, and you are not affected by the cars on the road.

I didn't get a rental apartment when I was studying abroad, so I booked a hotel in the same apartment building. It was very convenient and seamless. The transportation near the hotel is also very convenient, and it is very close to the subway station.

The hotel is not in the city center, but not far away and there is a tram stop nearby. The layout of two bedrooms and one living room can accommodate 3-4 people. There is a full set of kitchen utensils for cooking, and there is a large Coles supermarket nearby for convenient shopping. Very good experience

This time I sent my children to study, so I booked this hotel. The room was a bit stuffy, facing the road, and there was a bit of noise at night. No disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, no room cleaning service. The only advantage is that it is close to Monash Caulfield Campus and caulfield train station. If you are here for tourism, I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel is located next to the Caufield campus of Monash University, with convenient transportation. Take the train to Caufield station, get off and walk. It is an apartment hotel. Can cook. Equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are also 4-6 bowls, cups, saucers and frying pans, stock pots and kitchen tools. There are cutting boards, dishwashing baskets and cutting boards, knives, dish soap and dishcloths. Really ready to move in. You just need to take out the trash yourself, which is very convenient. There is a washer and dryer. The public security is good and the environment is beautiful. There are no tall buildings around. The reserved room has a higher floor, so you can relax on the balcony, read a book, and overlook the coastline and the sunset. You can also watch the sunrise. It is 6 kilometers away from ST Kilda Beach. It is very convenient. You can take the tram (line 3 or 16, which ends at Melbourne University). You can swipe your MYKI card (it seems to be free) to go to Moon Park (see the station shown on the map). name), get off the car. (Note: For BUS, it is easy to get confused by looking at the route map and station names. You can look at the numbered identification of the station, which is unique. Before getting off, press the red button near the door in advance, otherwise you will not stop) Amusement park and theater can be seen. Then, walk 2 minutes to the beach. (Locals love to go there. The beach closest to the city is very lively). Watch the most beautiful sunset, setting sun, afterglow, and at the end of the trestle, watch the little penguins return to their nests. Although the penguins are not as good as Phillip Island, they are better in terms of proximity and convenient transportation. Disadvantages: I thought it would save time as it is located between south cross station and the airport. In terms of time, from the airport to the city, you need to take the SKY BUS (right next to the boarding point, self-service ticket purchase at the machine, 23.9 Australian dollars one way, staff will check the ticket before boarding, one bus every 10 minutes), in the middle Without stopping, go directly to south cross train station (about 20-30 minutes). Then, turn around and take the train to the hotel. A bit time consuming.
