Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

I had my baby shower at The White House in one of their function rooms. The staff were amazing and added special touches to our day by laying the sandwiches out, letting us decorate the room the day before, and giving us some fizz. The room was layout was clean and tidy, and looked beautiful when laid out. The afternoon tea was delicious, lots of cakes and sandwiches... even leftovers to take home! Can't recommend this place enough.

We stayed for two nights. Very good rooms for the price right opposite Foregate station. The rooms were clean and large. Always nice to have a couple of chairs and a small table. There’s an electric fan but we think it could be very warm in a hot summer. There is parking but it filled quickly when we were there. It’s £10 per night or £20 per night if you reserve the parking. We had breakfast one morning for £12 per head. Not as good as a Premier Inn we thought but similar although the coffee wasn’t great. We didn’t use the pool etc but it looked pretty good from what we saw. We had a few drinks in the bar each night and all was good. Staff are lovely.

The front desk personnel were extremely polite and helpful. Three different people assisted me with either check-in, answers to questions, or something else. Top notch crew!!

An excellent stay. Spacious room (a bit stuffy, but a fan was provided), a nice bed, and a very good bathroom. Pleasant staff, lovely breakfast. And the location was perfect. The only negative point goes to a yapping maid (phone) outside my room when I wanted to relax until checkout. No consideration for the guests there, as doors are very thin. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Very, very pleased with the booking to stop for one night as me and my better half spent a glarious day at Worcester Hot Air Balloon Festival - which was ace! So, first, staff were all really helpful and welcoming, second, room was large and very clean and shower was great and third, breakfast was spot on. We will be back!

Lovely stay, close to all the shops, restaurants and venues. Just a bit noisy, but not unbearable, being opposite the taxi rank on a Saturday night. Having the leisure centre was great, albeit looking a little tired, but we did see signs up saying that it will be undergoing a refurb shortly.
