We were family of 3 (15 yo). The location is 10 minutes from Soufrie. Plenty of activites close from hiking, Project Chocolat, waterfalls, and beach. The resort is geared towards adults but our teen was made to feel welcome. We did the Paint and Sip at the hotel and celebrated NYE. We had multiple ways to access the team, What's app, email, Manet app, and provided a local mobile phone. At every meal, a manager touched our table to check-in on our stay. The breakfast that is included has a nice variety. We ate dinner at the villa multiple nights and they also helped making dinner reservations at other local establishments. The bartenders also provided multiple options for cocktails. Loved that it was a cashless resort and had the opportunity to tip the entire team at checkout. Warning the road to the resort is a bit rough but worth it. Definitely let the team drive you around instead of attempting to rent a car.

The Bouganvilla suite had excellent views. A beautiful private patio and plunge pool. It was very quiet and a great way to feel immersed in paradise. The views from the property were phenomenal, especially from the main pool. The staff were absolutely incredible at this resort. They were top notch and very friendly. Everyone was always in a great mood and were great company. The owners were wonderful as well, if you get a chance to meet them. Everything about this resort was absolutely fantastic, especially the food. No complaints at all and highly highly recommend Caille Blanc. I cannot say enough good things!!

What an amazing place! My husband and I stayed at Caille Blanc for 3 nights, and we can't say enough about our stay! The view is incredible! It felt like heaven! When we arrived and saw the Pitons, it actually brought tears to my eyes! We stayed in the Bougainvillea Suite, which was very private with our own plunge pool-and an open-air bathroom that also had a view of the Pitons. It was surreal to take a shower while the hummingbirds flew by! The food was top notch, for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Definitely gourmet with nothing spared for freshness and tastiness. And of course, we can't say enough about each staff member! EVERYONE went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. We can't wait to return! Thank you everyone for making our vacation so memorable!!!!!!

The best vacation spot ever! Staff were awesome as well as beautiful location and delicious food. I cannot wait to go back to Caille Blanc. We went for our honeymoon and we think it was the best honeymoon spot. It is the best spot for couples wanting a relaxing vacation.

Incredible experience
Highly recommend Caille Blanc. As a boutique hotel (only six rooms) you are really able to relax. The staff are all incredibly friendly - they go above and beyond to ask about your tours and make sure you are prepared for your day. The property is absolutely stunning with a great view of the pitons. The location is convenient to town and area beaches (accessible by shuttle or walking).

Zen to the max
Every aspect of staying here was excellent, especially the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at all levels. Walking into the facility was like entering an enchanted temple.

The perfect honeymoon destination! Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable about the island, and fun to be around. Everyone was so kind. The food at the Pavilion restaurant was some of the best we’ve had. Always so fresh and unique. Great drink options as well. We loved the daily specials, rum punch, and the frozen banana bread. On top of the amazing food and wonderful staff, this resort may have the best views on St. Lucia and some of the best I’ve ever seen. We did many other hikes and tours of the island but our resort still had the best views of the Pitons. It was lovely to wake up to these incredible views and also enjoy them over meals or while swimming in one of the private pools/infinity pool. Also, beautiful beaches are only a short drive away! Would highly recommend Caille Blanc and we hope to go back someday.

Caille Blanc is by far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed. We spent the first several days of our honeymoon in the grotto suite, which was absolutely perfect. Great views of the Pitons and an excellent private patio to relax on! The service from the Caille Blanc team was first rate - everyone was extremely warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was above and beyond our expectations. The food prepared by the chefs at the Pavilion was absolutely delicious - we LOVED the creole sauce on the catch of the day, Titi’s Roti for lunch and the plantain chips with salsa. The rum punch and mojitos from the bar were some of the best cocktails we’ve had as well. We’re extremely happy with our experience at Caille Blanc and can’t wait to return!
