My husband and I visited Caille Blanc 2 weeks ago for my birthday while traveling to St. Lucia. Their day pass was a great way to experience the property and enjoy the restaurant and the stunning views from their infinity pool. I was back for dinner with my team in a few days at the Pavillion and we had the best times! Can’t wait to be back!

Property might be the most beautiful in all of St Lucia. Rooms are gorgeous and totally unique. View of Pitons are stunning. Staff are incredible and food/drinks are very good

We left Caille Blanc on 5th April to catch our flight home, fully paid up but not realising the staff held our credit card - returned home and received a bill for $1500 for someone else's meal / bar bill, for the day after we had left. Extremely insecure and I have had to cancel my credit card so that no further "ad lib" charges could be put on my card - we stayed at three hotels during our stay in St Lucia and had no problems at all anywhere else - extremely disappointing and not good practice at all.

We came here in late March/early April 2024. The weather is fabulous - lows in the lower 70's, highs in the mid-80s. There really isn't anything not to like about this place - the worst would be that our room - the Bouganvilla Suite - was a bit small. Not a big deal, though, considering we spent most of our time in our private jacuzzi pool! (Oh, and the road going up to the hotel is terrible - unpaved and very steep - but it does keep down the traffic). What I liked specifically about the room: - Views of the majestic Gros Pitons are unbelievable - almost magical. I really don't think you can get a better view of the Pitons from any other hotel. - The jacuzzi is naturally heated and available to you personally whenever you want; it's just outside the back door of your villa, it is secluded/private. - The atmosphere is quiet, serene and relaxing (everywhere, not just the room) - Lots of beautiful hummingbirds and other native birds that you watch from your pool or the shower in your bathroom! - Re: the above, the bathroom in your suite has a beautiful shower with a full wall that is made of wrought iron and it's open air. While this might be uncomfortable for some, you have privacy and no one can see you as you shower. You, however, can see the beautiful hummingbirds drinking the nectar from the little tube flowers along the wall. This is a very unique setup, and I recommend it to anyone who loves nature and watching birds. Outside the room, I liked: - The staff - they are all really kind, helpful, and professional. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and all went above and beyond in meeting our needs. - The food is fabulous - better than restaurant quality - chef-made and worth it. We did not do the meal plan - we don't eat that much - but breakfast was ample, and dinner was the best you can get anywhere on that island, in my opinion. Very quiet, lots of attention from the staff, and not crowded. The fresh catch of the day was always outstanding, and the desserts were expertly made. - Snorkeler's cove - don't forget to go snorkeling there. Ask the staff how to get there. It's a bit of a hike but worth it. All in all, it was the most rejuvenating vacation I've had in a very long time. We spent a lot of time in our little private jacuzzi, and it was great! It is paradise. I'm sure there are other great things to say, but those were the big items I thought important to share. The only thing that really was a downer was the road/drive to get there. Be prepared for a bumpy ride.

What an incredible intimate gem of a hotel with spectacular views of the Pitons and a stunning infinity pool. We kept having to pinch ourselves we weren't dreaming, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Pool Suite which had the comfiest bed and pillows and it was amazing to open up the shutters and see the fantastic view of the Pitons reflecting in the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to Jess the bartender who made the best cocktails and also Ernie and Hilarious who made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and there was a good choice, although we would've like breakfast to start a little earlier than 09:00. Caille Blanc was perfect for us and so romantic, highly recommend.

Wow, what a beautiful, amazing place to stay. To start, the views from the infinity pool are breathtaking. From a mountain resort/villa, i can't believe there are any better on the whole island. The pool water is naturally heated to the perfect temp, you can bring a drink into the pool as the glasses are not made of glass, and you can let all your stress just melt away. Beyond this, the Villa is immaculately clean. The staff is sooo nice, and helpful. The rooms are amazing (we had an outdoor mountainside bathroom looking right at the pitons!). And the food, both breakfast and dinner, is good. We stayed at Callie Blanc for 3 nights, after staying 3 nights at Sugar Beach. It was the perfect combo, an amazing beach resort and an fabulous mountain villa. I can't recommend Callie Villa highly enough!

Honest review-Even though the views of the pitons are absolutely stunning, the best views on the island, the hotel is overpriced for what you get. Food stops at 8pm. $10 if you want a “to go” breakfast which is hard-boiled eggs in the shell and fruit, that’s it. For $900 a night you would think that they would at least give you options. If you need any essentials that you may have forgotten to pack, they don’t have anything on site, you will have to take a $15-$20 (each way) taxi down this hill on worst bumpy dirt road into town to find a store. Rooms are very nice but smaller than they appear on social media. The staff is SO AMAZING, the chefs are all SO GREAT, but the hotel just lacks on many things. If you want a very quiet, boring, hotel everything is shut down by 8:30 then this is for you. It’s not lively at all. Most of the guest are very rude and don’t speak even though there are only 6 suites and you’re seeing each other literally everyday. Ehhh… just didn’t meet our expectations especially when we paid $5,400 total just for our room, not including what was spent on food and drinks on the property, not even free water was offered lol. I regret not staying at Sugar beach -Viceroy. We went there for lunch and dinner and the vibe was just so much better. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

This review is for the RESTAURANT ONLY, The Pavillion, as we were not guests at the hotel. We were staying up the mountain in private villa but decided to have dinner here with friends a couple nights ago. The atmosphere was nice, views were beautiful and food was good. The service could have been better (it appeared more training for some staff was needed) but our biggest complaint was how long it took to tally up our bill but worse yet to process our payment at the table. It honestly took 45 minutes from the time we first asked for our bill (we asked for it twice) until the bill was finally paid! Four people and we split the total of the bill equally ... so 2 checks! The waitress used 3 different electronic devices to process our payment while she stood at our table. It was the most archaic, backward use of a technology to pay a bill we have ever seen. So just be aware, if you go, be prepared for a long wait to pay your check.
