The Beat Western is a great hotel across from the airport. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off if you don’t want to walk. They also packed a breakfast for me to go as my flight was very early in the morning.

Literally just crossing the street from/to the airport, perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Rooms are like small cabins, clean and tidy. Nice setup with two pools. The hotel facilities are Nicaragua style and so is the breakfast - good traditional breakfast, but don't expect a western breakfast.

It is close to the airport. The staff were helpful in helping with suitcases and luggage. The hotel was compliant.

If you’re flying in or out of the Managua Airport late at night or in the early morning, this is the spot for you. It’s right across from the airport, walking distance. Staff is great, breakfast buffet is fantastic, AC in each room to beat the heat. 10/10

Staff was great but property is in very poor condition. Walls on the rooms are dirty , all property is very old.

Loved the property. My room was perfect. The location is so close to the airport. I didn’t even need to take the shuttle, I just walked across the street when it was time to fly home.

The front desk agent was not helpful at all. We arrived in the middle of the night (a fact that we had communicated previously) but the agent made us buy another room. Or we could have waited in the lobby for 12 hours. Room was not clean. Breakfast was good

The restaurant is excellent in quality & quantity of food, Staff is very helpful & tolerant of non speaking spanish people. Very close to the airport, shittle service good

I've stayed here many times over the past 3 years or so. The location is great as it is right across the street from the airport. That's the main reason my wife and I use the BW. Overall the rooms are ok. Sometimes the TV doesn't work or there is no hot water (rarely). My main complaint would be the mosquitoes in the room. Often times the bathroom window is open and that is how they get it. So, as part of the cleaning checklist they should make sure the windows are closed. The pool is nice and we often hang out there. Sometimes the mosquitoes are very bad and we use mosquito spray, so I would recommend that BW is more proactive in spraying for mosquitoes. The cleanliness of the rooms is ok. Sometimes it's very clean, other times, not so clean. Overall the main reason we stay is the location. They could improve the rooms to make it a more pleasant experience.

The employees are very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was very tasty and the chef cooked to our tastes. The waitresses paid close attention to us.

The proximity to the airport. The restaurant and snack bar food was delicious. The 3 beds in one room. Outstanding. Did not like the NO hot water issue. The water was tepid. Prefer my water hot. Did not like the disposition of the front desk staff. Not friendly. Not welcoming. Did not fill invited or thankful for patronizing this facility. The television in the room not functioning. No telephone in the room. No washcloths or face towels in the room. You cannot wash your body with an over-sized towel.

The restaurant was great. Had chicken dishes and very tasty. The area is eh but it is an airport. The facility itself was very well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Would stay there again
