What I liked is that the driver waited for us when the flight was delayed. What I didn't like what the poor customer service at the front desk. I came from the airport at 5:30 AM and was trying to sleep and the ladies from the room cleaning were making a lot of noises and screaming names. I couldn't sleep at all.
The second time that I was trying to stay, the front desk gentleman didn't honor the price and made me make the reservation online through ******* to lock that price, I did but I didn't include my two kids and when I told him to complete everything he refused, I asked him to cancel the reservation since I paid in advanced and he told me that I had to communicate with *******, I tried but ******* refer me to the hotel, I explained that to him and he refused to help me even though when I dialed the number to contact the hotel (international call) his phone was the one ringing. Very Terrible experience and bad attitude and service, I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, I was tired and just needed to rest.
