What I liked is that the driver waited for us when the flight was delayed. What I didn't like what the poor customer service at the front desk. I came from the airport at 5:30 AM and was trying to sleep and the ladies from the room cleaning were making a lot of noises and screaming names. I couldn't sleep at all.
The second time that I was trying to stay, the front desk gentleman didn't honor the price and made me make the reservation online through ******* to lock that price, I did but I didn't include my two kids and when I told him to complete everything he refused, I asked him to cancel the reservation since I paid in advanced and he told me that I had to communicate with *******, I tried but ******* refer me to the hotel, I explained that to him and he refused to help me even though when I dialed the number to contact the hotel (international call) his phone was the one ringing. Very Terrible experience and bad attitude and service, I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, I was tired and just needed to rest.

Location was great
Seems like the ******* bookings always get the lower quality of stocks in every hotel I book - a coworker booking the same hotel for even a lower price got a better room in a higher floor
The second floor room was always smeling like food as the from seats right above the hotel’s kitchen

Good experience. The included breakfast was the highlight of the stay. They had everything. The location is right next to a mall. The food at the hotel was surprising good. The pool area was clean and quiet. A nice place to hang out. The staff was amazing. Super friendly and happy to accommodate any request. Both check in and check out was quick and painless. We used a hotel taxi to take a 4 hour tour of Managua. The cost was $60. The tour was perfect for us. We saw everything we wanted to see including a market and the malecon. The only downside is that other than the mall there is nowhere close by to walk to.
